Bollywood superstar, Akshay Kumar has filed a whopping Rs. 500 crore defamation suit against a YouTuber who named him in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. The actor served a defamation suit against YouTuber Rashid Siddiqui who hails from Bihar.## Earlier he was arrested by the police for spreading fake news and dragging the name of Maharashtra's CM Uddhav Thackeray and his son Aaditya Thackeray in the case. ## As reported in India.com, Siddiqui alleged in his videos that Akshay Kumar helped accused Rhea Chakraborty escape to Canada and also had secret talks with Uddhav and Aaditya about SSR's death. The YouTuber also said that the actor was unhappy with Sushant bagging MS Dhoni: The Untold Story. ## It has been reported that from the last few months, Siddiqui's YouTube channel grew immensely from 1 lakh to over 3.70 lakh subscribers and he had earned over Rs 15 lakh in four months for his content in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. The 25-year-old is a civil engineer and owns a YouTube channel titled FF News. ## Recently, Shiv Sena's legal cell advocate Dharmendra Mishra filed a case against the Siddiqui too, after which the police came into action and found out that he allegedly using the SSR death case to increase his followers and earn more money.## Siddiqui's earnings were hardly around Rs 300 in the month of May and in September, he earned a massive approx. Sonu Sood Named as State Icon of Punjab by Election Commission

Actor Sonu Sood who has been on the front during the lockdown caused by the covid-19 pandemic has been named as the state icon of Punjab by the Election Commission. ## The announcement was made on the Twitter handle by the Chief Electoral Officer, Punjab. It read, "The real hero of people is now the state icon of Punjab - Sonu Sood". ## The "Dabangg" actor has helped several migrants and other people amid the coronavirus lockdown by arranging foods and shelters for the people. He also helped people stranded abroad by bringing them home from different parts of the world. ## Earlier, Penguin Random House India had announced that Sonu Sood will be penning an autobiography that will be based on his experiences of helping people during the pandemic. The book will be written in the first person, revealing the emotional challenges the actor faced while going all-out in helping the migrant workers. ## "People have been very kind and have lovingly named me a messiah. But I really do believe that I am no messiah. I simply do what my heart tells me to. It is our responsibility as human beings to be compassionate and help each other", Sonu shared.## The actor has not only helped migrant workers to reach their homes but also started an initiative to provide them jobs which they lost due to the covid-19 pandemic. ## "I want to thank god for making me a catalyst in helping the migrants. Recently, the makers held a special premiere in Delhi for the transgender community upon the film based. ## While the film is getting a mixed response from the viewers, Transgender rights activist Laxmi Narayan Tripathi who was touched by the transgender representation in the film, said that Akshay Kumar should be applauded for doing such a strong film-like Laxmii.## "Any transgender is equal to any man or woman, which comes out from the film in a very strong way.
