Mumbai, August 30, 2021: After taking a long break, Shah Rukh Khan has been shooting nonstop to make a grand comeback on the big screen. The superstar was shooting for his upcoming actioner, "Pathan" since last year, and recently concluded the Mumbai schedule of this Siddharth Anand directorial. ## While the "Pathan" team is currently working on an overseas schedule next, SRK is reportadly focussing on his next with Tamil director Atlee. According to the latest reports, the Dilwale actor will kick start shooting for Atlee's yet-untitled film in September in Pune. While the movie is yet to be announced, reports say that Atlee's film with SRK is to be announced officially on the first day of production. ## It is the first time when SRK is teaming up with director Atlee in his Hindi directorial debut. The film will also star South Indian actress Nayanthara, who will be making her Bollywood debut with this film along with Sanya Malhotra and Sunil Grover, who is said to appear in this stylish entertainer. ## Shah Rukh Khan's was last seen on the big screen in the film "Zero", directed by Anand L Rai. Released in December 2018, the movie disappointed at the box office and proved to be a disaster. Mumbai, August 30, 2021: Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar's espionage thriller "Bell Bottom" released in theaters on August 19 across the world, becoming the first Bollywood biggie to get a theatrical release amid the covid-19 pandemic. ## Despite not earning as much as makers expected, this Ranjit Tewari directorial has managed to bring the audiences back to theaters. Bell Bottom has already become the highest grosser Bollywood movie amid the pandemic and it is doing decent business. The movie was released without Maharasthra - the biggest market for a Hindi film, and with just 50% occupancy in most of the other states. ## On the other hand, Akshay took to social media on Sunday and shared an update about his film. Mumbai, August 29, 2021: Earlier in January this year, actor Vicky Kaushal reunited with the team of Uri: The Surgical Strike for an ambitious science-fiction superhero film, The Immortal Ashwatthama. The movie was expected to commence shooting in the second half of 2021, but the second covid-19 wave spoiled the party. ## Recently, it was reported that the movie has been put on hold indefinitely due to budget issues. It was also said that producer Ronnie Screwvala had invested Rs. 30 crores loss on the pre-production work but now the investment has gone for a toss as the makers were not able to take the movie on floors due to various issues. Being an ambitious sci-fi film that needs a lot of VFX work, the budget of the film was increasing, and keeping that in mind, it was reported that the makers shelved the project. ## However, the producer Screwvala has now clarified that the movie has not been shelved but has been postponed for another six to nine months. In a statement, Ronnie Screwvala said that in the final draft of the script, the ambition of the movie and budget did not match, plus the uncertainty due to covid-19, didn't help either. ## The producer further said in the statement that keeping all things in mind, he along with Vicky Kaushal and director Aditya Dhar has decided to push the movie for another 6 to 9 months, for which, the leading lady of the film Sara Ali Khan also agreed. Hyderabad, August 27, 2021: Telugu actor Nani's upcoming actioner "Tuck Jagadish" succumbed to the direct-to-digital release. The movie, which was earlier announced for theatrical release, will now directly premiere on Amazon Prime Video on September 10, due to the covid-19 pandemic and restrictions on theaters in Andhra Pradesh. ## Tuck Jagadish is Nani's second back-to-back digital release. Earlier, his action thriller film, "V" also opted for OTT release last year on Prime Video.
