UFC 253 weigh-In Results: Tukhugov Missed The Weight

UFC 253 is scheduled to take place on September 26, 2020, at the Flash Forum on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. UFC president Dana White confirmed that the UFC 253 pay-per-view highlighting Israel Adesanya vs. Paulo Costa will take place on Fight Island.

The main event will feature the UFC middleweight title fight as the champion Adesanya faces off with the challenger Costa. as we know UFC president Dana White confirmed that this bout will be the main event and the date has been finalized.



Israel Adesanya vs. Paulo Costa was incipiently targeted for UFC 248, but Costa was incapable to fight on that card due to injury, In turn, Adesanya faced former title challenger Yoel Romero. The event was originally expected to take place on September 19, but it was moved to September 26. UFC Fight Night 178 is now expected to take place on the former date.
