Box Office: Laal Singh Chaddha First Wednesday Early Estimate

Mumbai, August 17 - Laal Singh Chaddha is heading towards a disaster day in terms of collections as the early estimates suggest 2 crores net only on the first Wednesday. Yesterday the film witnessed a massive drop of around 70% so today the expectations were not of a drop but the film has seen a drop even today which is a shocking thing.

The first Wednesday collections of the film will take the entire collection to over 50cr net box office mark which. The 50cr net mark should have been breached in the first two days only considering the scale and the cast of the film. Many Aamir Khan starrers have crossed that benchmark in the past also.

The fate of the film was sealed on the first day only but a trend could have saved the film from disaster but unfortunately, that could not happen. The final lifetime collections of the film are likely to remain below 65-70cr.

The overseas business of the film is decent but with an Aamir Khan starrer, you expect to break some records as Laal Singh Chaddha is an overseas friendly film but just like domestic even the overseas business was underwhelming.
