Amitabh Bachchan's Jhund And Rajkummar Rao & Nushrat Bharucha Starrer Chhalaang May Release On OTT Platform
The over-the-top (OTT) platform, Amazon Prime Video has emerged as a winner during this time of coronavirus pandemic. The streaming giant has been able to bag some of the big Indian movies and seems to have there is no one to stop them anytime soon. ## As per the latest reports, the leading streaming platform has bagged Rajkummar Rao and Nushrat Bharucha's, Chhalaang along with Amitabh Bachchan and Sairat fame Akash Thosar and Rinku Rajguru starrer, Jhund that may premiere during the months of November and December 2020. ## Chhalaang is a social black comedy film directed by Hansal Mehta. The plot of this movie is set in a small town in the Uttar Pradesh state of India. This movie is jointly produced by Ajay Devgn, Luv Ranjan, Ankur Garg, and Bhushan Kumar under the banners of Ajay Devgn FFilms, Luv Films, and T-Series Films. ## The theatrical release of the movie has been postponed on multiple occasions due to various reasons. It is directed by Nagraj Manjule and produced by T-Series, Tandav Films Entertainment Pvt.Ltd, and Aatpaat Films. ## The movie stars, the legendary Amitabh Bachchan along with the Marathi blockbuster, Sairat fame Akash Thosar, and Rinku Rajguru in the prominant roles. Just like Chhalaang, Jhund has also been postponed many times with the last scheduled for release on the 8th of May 2020. ## Apart from the Bollywood movies like Gulabo Sitabo and Shakuntla Devi and most possibly Coolie No. 1, Amazon Prime Video had recently announced the global premiere of 5 non-Hindi films that were premiered during the months of June and July. ## Stay tuned...
