After watching tapes of her matches, they decided to bring her into the WWF as a bodyguard. ## A founding member of the stable D-Generation X as the promotion's first female enforcer, she held the WWF Intercontinental Championship (the only female performer to do so) thrice and the WWF Women's Championship once. ## While speaking on the recent edition of his podcast, Foley is Pod, Foley stated that there was a real possibility that Joanie absolutely could have become WWE Champion. ## "I do. Ongoing Rumored Matches For WWE WrestleMania 39

WWE WrestleMania is known as one of the biggest events in the wrestling world. Millions of people tune in to watch the action-packed event as they always do. This year too, WWE is seeking some big superstars to brighten up the stage. ## The latest rumor we are hearing is a singles match between John Cena and Logan Paul. Paul also stated that he would like to challenge Cena at WrestleMania. According to WrestlingNews.co the match is scheduled for WrestleMania 39 in Los Angeles. ## The possibility of getting The Rock doesn't seem to be a done deal. As of writing, WWE Championship match is scheduled to be between Seth Rollins, Cody Rhodes or Drew McIntyre. Tonight, John Cena made his long-awaited return to team up with Kevin Owens to take on Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn on SmackDown. Cena and Owens have been opponents on several occasions, but they needed to combine forces in order to take down Reigns and Zayn. ## This was a pretty good match even after having some commercial breaks than usual. The match ended with Owens and Cena getting the pinfall victory. ## It was first reported by Fightful Select before the show that There would be a post-show dark match featuring John Cena, Kevin Owens, Drew McIntyre, and Sheamus vs. Bloodline. ## As seen below in the video, after the show went off the air Cena and Owens were brutally attacked by The Bloodline. Royal Rumble Qualifying Match And More Set For 1/6/22 WWE SmackDown

The road to Rumble is officially kicking off as 2022 takes a leave. ## WWE held the final SmackDown of 2022 at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida tonight and featured the in-ring return of John Cena who teamed up with Owens to take on Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn in the main event. ## The show drew a major reaction from the start to the end as it featured two big returns. One of the returns was of Drew McIntyre who aid some help for Sheamus following his match against Solo. ## After the match, Sikoa and The Usos continued to attack Sheamus. They placed a chair around Sheamus's neck and set up for the Umaga splash. Suddenly, Drew McIntyre returned to a huge pop. He ran wild on The Bloodline and cleared the ring. McIntyre and the Brawling Brutes celebrated in the ring. ## Later, it was announced that the WWE Undisputed Tag Team Champions The Usos will defend their titles against Drew Mcintyre & Sheamus next week on SmackDown. Sami opens up with a Clothesline. Owens slams Zayn to the mate and then goes for a Standing Swantom. Roman looks not happy. Owens with some tease, Sami is bleeding right now. Roman wants a tag and he gets it.## The Crowd wants Cena and the demand has been capped. Roman with a massive Unrage to take down Owens. Roman with a Slam as we go to commercial break.## Back from the break...Owens and Zayn are leading the match. Owens is somehow able to take down Zayn and goes for a tag to Cena, but Roman Reigns takes Cena off the apron and sends him into the barricade.## Sami Zayn with a Hullaua kick to John Cena. Owens is fighting alone now. Owens is still clinching good impact. Roman makes his way in. Owens with a Superkick and goes to the top for a Frog Splash for near fall.## Owens goes for Pop-up Powerbomb, but Roman turns it into a Superman punch. Roman looks for a Spear, but Owens sides up and he crashes. Cena is back on the apron. Owens makes the tag finally.## Roman leads the tag to Sami Zayn. It's Cena Vs. Zayn and Zayn look in danger. We see Roman can't stop and he makes his way back into the ring. Roman goes for a Superman punch but eats another Blue Thunder Bomb. Owens tags in and they set up a Double Five Knuckle Shuffle. Dave Meltzer reports that WWE has scrapped Ronda Rousey vs Becky Lynch for Wrestlemania 39. ## Becky vs Ronda is the biggest women's match they could do, but all the plans have come off as of writing. Per Wrestling News Co, the plan is to now do Rousey vs Rhea Ripley for the Smackdown women's championship. Becky vs Ronda is the biggest women's match they could do. ## Meltzer said: ## Right now, [Lynch vs. Rousey] is not the plan.
