Jr. NTR's 'Devara: Part 1' To Have An Extended Theatrical Window

Hyderabad, September 25 - Telugu superstar Jr. NTR's action drama Devara: Part 1 is set to unleash at the box office this Friday (September 27) and the pre-sales for the same are over the roof in the domestic and international markets. ## Directed by Koratala Siva, Devara will have a 50-day theatrical window, unlike 4 weeks which has become a norm for most South Indian films. Another good news is that the film will have a proper release in Hindi due to the extended window. ## It is known to all that films with just 4 weeks' theatrical window don't get multiple releases in Hindi but it is said that Devara makers have agreed to extend the window which allows it to have multiple screenings along with single screens in the dubbed version.## Meanwhile, the full-fledged advance booking of Devara is expected to open today in Hindi. In Telugu, the pre-sales are easily one of the best at around 30 crore gross with more than a day left for the release. Hyderabad, September 23 - The second and final trailer of Telugu superstar Jr. NTR's action drama Devara: Part 1 has increased the buzz further for the movie with the superb response across social media platforms. ## While the first trailer of the movie scored around 15 million views across all languages in the first 24 hours, the final trailer called the release trailer alone scored 16+ million during the same period on YouTube. ## In Telugu, trailer number 2 scored 16.20 million views, followed by 3 million in Hindi and around 1 million in other languages for 20+ million total views in the first 24 hours. Hyderabad, September 23 - Megastar Chiranjeevi Konidela has set a Guinness World Record and was honoured with the award of the most prolific star in the Indian film industry on Sunday, September 22 in Hyderabad.## The veteran Telugu star set a record for his dance performances with over 537 songs and 24,000 dance moves in 46 years. No other actor in and outside India has achieved this milestone. The certificate was handed over by a representative of the Guinness World Records.## The event also saw Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan sharing that stage with Megastar Chiranjeevi. The certificate presented to the legendary actor read "The most prolific film star in the Indian Film Industry-actor/dancer is Konidela Chiranjeevi aka Mega Star achieved on 20 September 2024".## "If you watch any of his songs, his heart is completely in it. Pawan Kalyan's 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu' Gets A Release Date

Hyderabad, September 23 - Power star Pawan Kalyan is set to resume the filming of his long-in-the-making Hari Hara Veera Mallu on September 23rd. This is the first assignment of the superstar since his election victory earlier in June this year which saw him becoming the deputy chief minister of Andhra Pradesh state. ## The shoot of HHVM was supposed to commence at the beginning of this month but the plan was deferred due to flooding in Vijayawada. Now, as the movie is gearing up to resume filming, the makers have also locked the official release date. ## On Monday (September 23), the makers took to X and confirmed that Hari Hara Veera Mallu Par 1 - Sword and Spirit would be released worldwide on March 28, 2025, in multiple languages. Ahead of the trailer launch on September 10, the film's pre-sales are already nearing $1 million in NA. ## According to Venky Box Office, Devara has sold approximately 26K tickets worth $778K for the USA premiere. The total North American pre-sales are approximately $830K with 18 days still left for the premiere which is on September 26. Hyderabad, August 31 - Natural star Nani's action thriller Saripodhaa Sanivaaram is heading towards emerging as a box-office success after a good first three days. It comes as a needed breather for the Telugu film industry after the disastrous Independence Day week releases.## Directed by Vivek Athreya, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram had a good first 2 days with a worldwide box collection of approximately 28.50 crores gross, including approximately 17.50 crores domestically. The movie is having a very good first Saturday (3rd day), expected to be around 10 crore gross domestically.## The movie is heading towards 43+ crores worldwide gross after the 3rd day, and this is one of the biggest opening weekends for a Telugu title of 2024. Interestingly, it has outgrossed the combined total of Independence Day Telugu releases, Double iSmart and Mr. Bachchan. ## The Ram Pothineni-fronted Double iSmart has grossed only 20 crores so far while Ravi Teja's Mr. Bachchan has made only 14 crores worldwide. Both films have almost completed their run at the box office with a disastrous combined total of 34 crores which has been outgrossed by Nani-starrer in just 3 days. ## Saripodhaa Sanivaaram needs to score a gross collection of around 70 crores at the worldwide box office to emerge as a hit.
