Hrithik Roshan and Director Kabir Khan In Talks For A Post-Apocalyptic Thriller

Mumbai, June 18 - Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan and director Kabir Khan are discussing a possible collaboration. Hrithik is currently shooting for YRF's Biggie War 2 with director Ayan Mukerji and the shoot for the same is nearing completion. ## According to the report by Peepingmoon.com, Hrithik has already started looking for his next film and is in talks with Kabir Khan for the same. "Hrithik and Kabir are discussing several ideas and have met multiple times over the past few months. Talks are at the primary stage right now, but they're developing projects together and are hopeful that they come to fruition", says the report. ## It is said that one of the potential films the duo discussing is a post-apocalyptic thriller based on a Hollywood movie, for which Hrithik has already secured the adaptation rights. However, there is no confirmed development on the same project revealed yet. ## Meanwhile, Hrithik Roshan also has Krrish 4 which was announced a long time back and things are finally moving fast. Shamshera fame Karan Malhotra is said to be on board to direct and he has reportedly started preparing for it. Mumbai, June 15 - Director Anees Bazmee scored a big box office success with Kartik Aayran-fronted horror-comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 in 2022 and they later announced the next film in the franchise for which the shoot has been wrapped up. Tripti Dimri replaced Kiara Advani to play the female lead. ## The makers locked the Diwali 2024 release for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, however, it won't be a solo release as director Rohit Shetty has also locked the date for his highly-anticipated cop action drama Singham Again, starring Ajay Devgn in the title role. ## The box office clash between two hugely popular franchises has become a hot topic on social media and director Bazmee finally reacted on the same. During a recent interaction with Hindustan Times (via Firstpost), Bazmee shared his thoughts on this much-awaited box office battle. ## "Clashes are never a good idea. We had announced our release date for BB 3 a year in advance. I don't what to do now. All films get affected when there is a clash, there is definitely a loss in the process. And, it is not about showing confidence in your product. Hyderabad, June 15 - Telugu actor Ram Pothineni and director Puri Jagannadh reunited for the sequel to their blockbuster iSmart Shankar. The sequel, titled Double iSmart, also stars Kavya Thapar as the female lead and Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt in his Telugu debut. ## Produced by Puri Jagannadh and Charmy Kaur under the banner of Puri Connects, Double iSmart has been locked to release on August 15 on the Independence Day after Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2 - The Rule believed to have been postponed. ## The sci-fi action drama was initially announced for a March 2024 release but due to the delay in the shooting, the movie stood postponed and will now be hitting cinemas this Independence Day week. Maddock Films Advances Shraddha Kapoor's 'Stree 2' On Independence Day 2024

Mumbai, June 14 - The Independence Day 2024 weekend is getting super crowded after Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films advanced the release date of its highly-anticipated horror-comedy Stree 2 starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao. ## Directed by Amar Kaushik, Stree 2 was supposed to be released on August 31 but after the postponement of Ajay Devgn's Singham 3 and Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2, the makers decided to prepone the movie by two weeks and it will now be released on August 15, 2024, which is one of the best release dates of the year.## A sequel to 2018's film, Stree 2, however, will have to face a double challenge this Independence Day weekend as Akshay Kumar's comedy-drama Khel Khel Mein and John Abraham's action drama Vedaa are already scheduled to hit the big screens on this exact date. ## Stree 2 is produced by Dinesh Vijan and Jyoti Deshpande under the banners of Maddock Films and Jio Studios.
