Veera Simha Reddy To Create New Box Office Record For Nandamuri Balakrishna
Hyderabad, January 12 - Veteran Telugu actor Nandamuri Balakrishna's much-anticipated action drama film Veera Simha Reddy hits the big screen today during Sankranthi 2023 weekend. The Gopichand Malineni's directorial also stars Shruti Haasan, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Honey Rose, and Duniya Vijay in pivotal roles. ## "Veera Simha Reddy" is the first film for NBK after his biggest blockbuster "Akhanda" which was released in 2021. The anticipation for the movie has been huge which was clearly visible in the advance booking response which is the highest for any Indian film this year. ## Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, "Veera Simha Reddy" advance booking for the opening day was a little over 16 crores gross, which is the new record for NBK. The movie opens to packed shows across Telugu states and other Indian states, indicating a massive opening for the film. ## Going by the advance booking and the early response, it is certain that "Veera Simha Reddy" will create a new box office record for Nandamuri Balakrishna's film. As of now, "Akhanda" is the biggest opener for NBK with approx. 25 crores gross. "Veera Simha Reddy" is looking to score around 30 crores plus opening at the domestic box office. ## The reviews for the movie and audiences' word of mouth seem to be on the mixed to the positive side after the early morning shows.
