Blockbuster Pathaan Roars Past 300 Crores Gross Worldwide In Three Days

Mumbai, January 28 - Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is having a blockbuster party at the box office as his spy action thriller "Pathaan" running riot across all centers globally. ## Directed by Siddharth Anand, "Pathaan" has had historic first two days with a worldwide gross collection of approx 220 crores. All the predictions and estimates are falling short against the Pathaan mania and it has now crossed 300 crores gross worldwide in flat three days. ## "Pathaan" had another huge third day domestically with a gross collection of approx. 45+ crores. Overseas, it had the biggest day so far with an estimated collection of around 45 crores, making it 90+ crores Friday. The worldwide collection after three days is approx. 310 crores (official numbers may vary). ## The Yash Raj Films production has had the biggest-ever opening weekend for a Hindi film, both at the domestic as well as the overseas box office. It has beaten "KGF: Chapter 2" which scored approx. 170 crores opening weekend in Hindi. Mumbai, January 27 - Yash Raj Films' spy action thriller Pathaan is running riot at the box office and has shattered many records in just two days. ## The Shah Rukh Khan-fronted has had a historic opening day with 68 crores gross domestically before it exploded on the next day with a gross collection of around 83 crores. Shah Rukh Khan along with other lead casts of the film have now two back-to-back biggest single days at the Bollywood box office. ## The two-day domestic collection of this Siddharth Anand's directorial is around 150 crores gross, which is the highest two days count for a Bollywood film. In the net collection, "Pathaan" (123 crores) is now the biggest opening weekend scorer Bollywood film, beating "Sanju", which scored approx. 120 crores net in a 3-day opening weekend. ## Also starring John Abraham and Deepika Padukone, "Pathaan" has also crossed 200 crores gross in just two days, again, becoming the fastest Bollywood film to do so. Mumbai, January 26 - The Indian box office in 2023 started on a blockbuster note with back-to-back box office hits, led by South Indian films. The tide has turned in the last week of the month as Bollywood biggie Pathaan has started ruling the domestic box office. ## The Shah Rukh Khan-fronted has crossed 140 crores gross in just two days and set a new record for Hindi films. After the historic opening day, "Pathaan" went overdrive on its second day which also happens to be Republic Day with a gross collection in the range of 80 crores, which is unheard numbers. ## The domestic box office on Republic Day was in full flow and it witnessed the biggest day of the year so far with total gross collection coming in the range of 100 crores. While "Pathaan" is singlehandedly ruling the day with a never-seen-before single-day collection, other films are also fairing well, taking the advantage of the big national holiday. ## Darshan's Kannada movie "Kranti" is the second biggest film of the day with a gross collection expected to be in the range of 11 crores. Also starring Pooja Hegde and Venkatesh, the KKBKKJ teaser has all the ingredients one would love to see in Salman Khan films. ## The teaser begins with the dialogue "Sahi ka hoga sahi"... as Salman is riding the bike in a Desert area then, there is a stylish action block before he says "galat ka galat" while walking against the camera. Salman's character is pulling off some high-octane stunts and is doing everything that an action hero is supposed to do. ## Salman introduces himself that he doesn't have a particular name but people call him Bhaijaan when Pooja Hegde asks him about his name. While saying this dialogue, the actor performs a mass action sequence by jumping off from the roof. The actor seems to have donned two different characters where one is stylish and the other is massy.## The action sequences have been very well choreographed which is going to be a major highlight of the movie. The teaser also offers a first look at Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh, Jagapathi Babu (Bollywood debut), and Shehnaaz Gill who also makes her debut in Hindi cinema.## Based on this teaser, the film is not something that makes it out of the world but it promises an ideal family action entertainer.
