Mumbai, October 12 - Director Mrigdeep Singh Lamba's Fukrey 3 has become the highest net-grossing film in the franchise, beating the second instalment, "Fukrey Returns" lifetime net box office total.## The latest box office hit topped its predecessor on its 14th day yesterday. The movie has scored 80.24 crores net, outscoring 80.16 crores of "Fukrey Returns" (2017). The first "Fukrey" (2013) movie minted 36.25 crores India net collection. ## "Fukrey 3" has slowed down after the good first weekend and this has reduced its chances to top 100 crores lifetime net collection that was looking sure shot after the initial few days. The movie, however, has crossed 100 crores gross at the global box office with the latest total around 108 crores gross.## Produced by Excel Entertainment, "Fukrey 3" has emerged as a box office hit, keeping the 100% success ratio intact of the franchise. It has now become the most-watched Indian movie of 2023 in theatres, beating the previous record of SRK's own blockbuster "Pathaan" which scored around 3.40 crores footfalls.## The total admissions of "Jawan" currently stands at around 3.51 crores, including approximately 3 crores in Hindi alone. Mumbai, October 9 - It was not so good weekend at the Bollywood box office as far as the new releases are concerned. The just concluded weekend saw the release of Akshay Kumar's Mission Raniganj, all female-led adult comedy-drama Thank You For Coming, and the heart-warming love story Dono, but none of them could carry the momentum Bollywood was going through over the last few months. ## "Mission Raniganj", based on real-life survival thriller events and featuring one of the biggest Bollywood stars, couldn't find audiences in theatres in its opening weekend and scored just a little over 12 crores net collection. The movie needed to score more than the usual jump on Saturday and Sunday after the very low opening day. It did score a big jump on Saturday but was not enough to cover the lost ground and then was affected by the World Cup match on Sunday.## The adult comedy-drama, "Thank You For Coming", didn't get the opportunity to welcome the moviegoers in theatres as it also ended up scoring a very low opening weekend. The opening of the movie itself was low with 1.06 crores net, and despite the jump on Saturday and Sunday, it managed to collect 4.42 crores net in three days. The best it can now hope to score over opening day collection in the weekdays for a decent lifetime total. ## "Dono", a heart-warming romantic drama, starring debutante Rajveer Deol and Paloma Dhillon, was a goner on the opening day itself. It scored around 1 crore net in the opening weekend, joining the list of new releases which failed at the box office. ## Meanwhile, the holdover film, Shah Rukh Khan's mega-blockbuster "Jawan" had a fantastic 5th weekend in Hindi, scoring approximately 6.25 crores net which takes the total Hindi net collection to over 566 crores in 32 days.
