BTS Condemn Violent Crimes And Hatred Against Asians

South Korean boy band BTS has condemned the recent surge in anti-Asian violence and hatred and shared their experiences of the racism they have faced. They have issued a statement on the same saying they stand against racial discrimination. ## The Grammy-nominated singers, who were recently subjected to racial slurs by a German RJ who compared them to the COVID-19 pandemic, penned a strongly-worded note condemning the acts of violence.## "We send our deepest condolences to those who have lost their loved ones", reads the statement, which was published both in Korean and English on BTS official Twitter handles. "We feel grief and anger. We recall moments when we faced discrimination as Asians. We have endured expletives without reason and were mocked for the way we look. We were even asked why Asians spoke in English".## "We cannot put into words the pain of becoming the subject of hatred and violence for such a reason. Our own experiences are inconsequential compared to the events that have occurred over the past few weeks. The wait of fans of the Telugu superstar, Pawan Kalyan is over as the power star unleashed the much-awaited trailer of his comeback movie, Vakeel Saab. The official Telugu remake of the Hindi movie, Pink, Vakeel Saab trailer promises an intriguing courtroom drama where Kalyan plays a lawyer, in an action-packed avatar. ## The film dealt with the subject of consent in which Pawan Kalyan fight for justice for three women. The trailer also shows the action sequences shot inside a metro where Kalyan is taking on the goons and powerful dialogues make it intense. Apart from Pawan Kalyan, the movie also stars Nivetha Thomas, Anjali, and Ananya Nagalla reprising Taapsee Pannu, Kriti Kulhari, and Andrea Tariang's role from the original.## Vakeel Saab will see Shruti Haasan in an extended cameo appearance playing an important role. Besides her, Prakash Raj also is in a key role as a lawyer playing against Pawan Kalyan. Vetrimaaran Confirms His Film With Thalapathy Vijay

From the last couple of weeks, there have been a lot of reports claiming National Award-winning director, Vetrimaaran joining hands with Thalapathy Vijay for his next film. While the reports have come out true, the film, however, is not happening anytime soon with the director busy with his other commitments.## According to TOI, Vatrimaaran has confirmed his film with Vijay. He was supposed to direct Thalapathy's 65th film but missed the opportunity due to his prior commitments. Vijay, on the other hand, joined hands with director Nelson Dhilipkumar for his 65th film that is being produced by Sun Pictures. The movie also stars Pooja Hegde as the female lead. ## Vetrimaaran is currently filming for his next starring Soori in the lead role, and the film shooting is nearing the completion. Hrithik Roshan To Star As Vedha In The Hindi Adaptation Of Tamil Movie 'Vikram Vedha'?

From the last couple of months, there have been speculations about Hrithik Roshan starring in the Hindi remake of 2017's Tamil movie, "Vikram Vedha". Since Hrithik is already in talks with filmmakers for multiple projects, it wasn't sure when will he begin this action thriller as he didn't give his nod back then. ## However, it is now reported that the actor has given his nod and locked this film as his next. According to a report in Pinkvilla, Hrithik will essay the role of a gangster 'Vedha' which was played by Vijay Sethupathi in the original Vikram Vedha while Saif Ali Khan is reportedly playing Vikram. The report also suggests that the director duo, Pushkar–Gayathri who helmed the original, will be returning to direct the Hindi remake too. ## While the title for the Hindi remake is yet to be locked, it has been said that the movie will go on floors this summer as pre-production work is going on at a rapid pace. "On the personal front, Hrithik is clearing his calendar and attending to brand and industry commitments. The actor has been swamped with a slew of meetings to knock off before he goes on sets of Vikram Vedha", a report in Pinkvilla said. ## Talking about the original Vikram Vedha, it was produced by S. Sashikanth under his banner Y NOT Studios. The movie starred R Madhavan, Vijay Sethupathi, Shraddha Srinath, Kathir, and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in prominant roles. The film tells the story of Vikram (Madhavan), a police inspector who sets out to track down and kill Vedha (Sethupathi), a gangster. After Vedha voluntarily surrenders himself, he tells Vikram three stories that change his perceptions of good and evil.## Meanwhile, Hrithik has two confirmed films as Krrish 4 and Fighter. While Krrish 4 is still a long way to go, his Fighter with director Siddharth Anand will go on floors late this year and will be releasing on 30 September 2022. Scarlett Johansson's 'Black Widow' To Release Simultaneously In Theaters And Disney Plus On July 9

Marvel Studios has announced the new release date of its upcoming scheduled movies. Scarlett Johansson's Black Widow, the long-awaited solo film based on Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) superhero Natasha Romanoff, has been pushed back by two months along with other Marvel movies. ## The release of Black Widow has been pushed to July 9 from May 7. Above all, the movie will get a simultaneous release in the theatres and on streaming service Disney Plus.
