Adam Copeland (Edge) Makes His AEW Debut At WrestleDream
Edge has officially debuted for AEW following his departure from WWE.
His AEW appearance followed Christian Cage's victory over Darby Allin in a Two out of Three Falls match for the AEW TNT Championship.
Edge's contract with WWE officially expired on October 1st, 2023.
Edge had a successful career in WWE, winning a total of 31 championships. He made his TV debut in 1998 under the ring name "Edge" and won the WWF Intercontinental Championship in 1999. He formed a tag team with Christian Cage and together they won the World Tag Team Championship seven times, becoming one of the top tag teams during the Attitude Era.
After separating from Cage in 2001, Edge pursued a singles career and achieved multiple championships, including the WWE Championship four times, the World Heavyweight Championship seven times, the WWF/E Intercontinental Championship five times, and the WCW United States Championship once.
His most recent WWE match was on the August 18th episode of SmackDown, where he faced Sheamus.
