SS Rajamouli's 'RRR' Officially Certified 'Fresh' On The Rotten Tomatoes

Los Angeles, June 10 - SS Rajamouli's epic blockbuster "RRR" has taken Americans by storm as they are going gaga over this period action drama film. Not only the general audience but the Hollywood critics are also loving this cinematic masterpiece. ## While the movie is ruling the hearts of the audiences, "RRR" has officially been certified Fresh on the Rotten Tomatoes, an American review-aggregation website for film and television. Adivi Sesh On The Box Office Success of 'Major', 'The Goldfish Is Shining'

Hyderabad, June 9 - Telugu actor Adivi Sesh's confidence is winning big at the box office as his "Major" has become the biggest hit of his career. "Major" was released on June 3rd along with Akshay Kumar's "Samrat Prithviraj", and Kamal Haasan-fronted "Vikram". ## Adivi Sesh was an unknown face to the pan-India audience before the release of his film as people were more interested in the other two biggies. However, Sesh was confident taking the movie and even dared to say that his movie is "the goldfish" amid two giant sharks. ## The actor was right about his confidence as "Major" the movie has already earned approx. 45 crores worldwide in just 6 days. At the USA box office, it has surpassed the $1 million mark, which is first for Sesh. In a recent conversation with IANS, Adivi Sesh shared his feeling about the box office success of the film. ## "It was a strange feeling when the film was released in Hindi because that section of our audience did not know me as an actor, I was a new chap. The film was gaining momentum and by now it is a blockbuster hit in Telugu. But for the Hindi audience, I was the underdog, somewhere trying to find a room for myself", he said. ## The actor is happy that the Hindi audience is acknowledging his performance as Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan. Though the Hindi collection of the film is comparatively low than in Telugu, the movie is holding well over weekdays which is leading theater owners to increase the number of shows. Adivi Sesh's 'Major' Scores Excellent Opening Weekend At The Worldwide Box Office

Mumbai, June 6 - The biopic of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan is winning hearts as well as box office numbers. The Adivi Sesh-starrer was released on June 3 in multiple languages. It follows the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, an army officer who was killed in the 2008 Mumbai attacks. ## Directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka, "Major" has had an excellent opening weekend at the worldwide box office, grossing Rs. 35.65 crores in just 3 days. The movie has already entered into profit zone, and with strong word of mouth by its side, it is heading towards a blockbuster. ## The Telugu version of the movie is leading its biz as it scored 17.85 crores net box office collection. This includes 11.25 crores in Telugu states. The Hindi version overall remained low with 3.97 crores net in the opening weekend. SSMB28: Mahesh Babu's Film With Trivikram To Be Made In A Budget of Rs. 200 Crores?

Hyderabad, May 31 - Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu has reunited with one of the top directors Trivikram for his next, called "SSMB 28". The shoot for the much-anticipated film will kickstart next month and the film is slated to hit theaters around this time next year. ## Mahesh Babu and Trivikram are coming together for the third time. Earlier, the duo collaborated on Athadu (2005) and Khaleja (2010). Their upcoming collaboration is already getting hyped and if reports are to be believed, the film will be made on a whopping budget of Rs. 200 crores. ## According to a Telugu 360 report, Mahesh Babu will get paid Rs. 60 crores while Trivikram will fetch approx. 50 crores. Haarika and Hassine Creations, the production house of the movie, is reportedly keen to complete in around 90 crores budget which includes production cost and the fee of other cast and crew members. ## Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead opposite Babu and this marks their second film together after the national award-winning film "Maharshi".
