'Life Is So Unfair', Sonu Sood Mourns The Demise Of Covid-19 Patient He Got Airlifted To Hyderabad
Mumbai, May 8, 2021: Actor Sonu Sood, on Saturday, mourned the demise of a critically ill covid-19 patient whom he got airlifted in an air ambulance from Nagpur to Hyderabad a few days ago. The 25-year-old girl, Bharti, was shifted to Hyderabad's Apollo Hospital as she had lost almost 85-90 percent of her lungs due to Covid-19 which resulted in, she died on Friday. ## Taking to Twitter, Sonu Sood wrote, "Bharti, a young girl from Nagpur whom I airlifted on an air ambulance to Hyderabad passed away last night. She battled for her life on an ECMO machine for a month. My heart goes out to the family members and everyone who prayed for her. Wish I could save her. Life is so unfair 💔— sonu sood (@SonuSood) May 8, 2021 ## With the actor's help, the girl was first shifted to Nagpur's Wockhardt hospital for treatment but the doctors had said that she needed a lung transplant or some special treatment which is only available in the Apollo Hospitals where he came to know about the special treatment called ECMO, and managed to admit Bharti in the Hyderabad hospital.## Stay tuned...
