The anticipation for the movie was already high and it looks like, the teaser will take the anticipation a notch higher. ## Directed by Siddharth Anand, the teaser of "Pathaan" features the deadly look of Shah Rukh Khan as Pathaan and his fight sequences give an adrenaline rush. Yash Raj Films was supposed to produce the film with Sushant Singh Rajput playing the lead role. ## The project came to light after the demise of actor Sushant Singh Rajput when Shekhar released the script of "Paani". It was put on the back burner after Yash Raj Films reportedly opted out. However, things now seem to be returning on track and the filmmaker is keen to revive the film. ## During a recent interaction with Pinkvilla, Shekhar Kapur confirmed that he is in touch with producers to revive "Paani" and he is hopeful that the project will meet its sweet end. ## "Hopefully next year, but let's talk when everything is locked. Mumbai, October 31 - Ram Setu had an average first extended weekend at the box office with around 56cr net box office collections. There was a chance of hitting the 60cr mark but the film remained flat on Sunday due to a cricket match between India and South Africa in peak collections time.## That was one reason but the biggest reason for a limited Saturday growth and flat Sunday was due to average to poor feedback from the audiences as they did not like the film. The extended weekend collections of 56cr came due to the Diwali holidays and the star power of Akshay Kumar and not due to the film.## The first Monday's early estimates suggest 2.70 crores net which is a poor number once again and the film will continue to fall from here on. The first Monday collections will take the entire box office collections of Ram Setu to around the 58.70cr net box office mark. The lifetime business of the film is set to be around 80-85cr net unless the film drops heavily. Mumbai, October 30 - Ram Setu which underperformed on the first weekend had shown its first growth yesterday when it grew around 20% and it was expected that the film will show further growth today but that did not happen. Of course, the collections are better than yesterday but the trajectory of the film is not as good as it should have been. ## The film scored an estimated 7.75 crores net on its first Sunday, jumping approx. 5%. The main reasons for limited growth are a cricket world cup match of India and that too in peak collection time. The other reason for limited growth is less appreciation of the film barring a few circuits where it had done decent business.## The first Sunday collections will take the entire box office collections of Ram Setu to around the 56.50cr mark. There is a shortfall of 4cr which would have made the extended weekend of Ram Setu on a decent note. The Monday hold will give the idea of the lifetime business of the film and whether it will be able to cross 100cr net collections or not. The film has witnessed a similar drop to yesterday with around a 20% drop depending on the final collections.## The early estimate collections suggest 7 crores net box office mark which will take the entire collections of Ram Setu to around 42.40cr net. The extended weekend collections are looking to be around the 60cr mark unless the film shows huge growth on Saturday and Sunday and goes towards the 65cr mark which is difficult due to less appreciation of the film.## The film did not perform at the expected level at least initially and the hope is that the film crosses the 100cr mark somehow for a decent result at the box office. According to Pinkvilla, director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra will helm Excel Entertainment's epic Karna and the makers have approached Yash to play this iconic Mahabharta character.## Farhan Akhtar's Excel Entertainment distributed Yash's "KGF 2" in Hindi, and the report says that the studio wants to rope the actor for "Karna". ## Apart from "Karna", the Pan India superstar has also reportedly offered to play the character of Dev in director Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra Part 2 - Dev, which will be produced by Dharma Productions in association with Disney. Mumbai, October 26 - Ram Setu which had a good first-day collection mainly due to the mass markets, has shown a drop on the second day which was expected as the first day of the film was the national holiday and that too of post-Diwali day which is the biggest holiday of the year for the box office collections.## Today was a working day in some parts of the country while a few circuits had a holiday so overall today was like a partial holiday for Ram Setu and considering that the collections are decent as it scored an estimated 10.50-11 crores net on the second day. The drop on Wednesday is in the range of 30% compared to the first day. ## Today's collections will take the first two days' collections of the film to a little under the 26cr net mark depending on the final second-day collections.## The film is doing fine in some circuits while the rest are the opposite.
