The movie is now gearing up for its grand release across the globe in the next couple of months. ## Directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki 2898 AD has been scheduled to release on May 9, 2024, however, general elections are happening around this date in Telugu states, so the makers are planning to postpone the release for a couple of weeks. ## According to the latest Telugu media reports, Kalki 2898 AD will now be hitting theatres on May 30, Thursday in multiple languages and the official announcement regarding the same is around the corner. The duo has been in talks for some time now and have agreed to collaborate for the first time for an action drama film that will be AA's immediate next after the highly-awaited Pushpa 2 - The Rule. ## According to a report by Pinkvilla, Atlee has started to lock in the rest of the cast, and in this process, the blockbuster filmmaker is in talks with Samantha Ruth Prabhu to play the female lead. Sam and Atlee have previously worked together in Theri and Mersal, fronted by Thalapathy Vijay. ## It is said that both the actress and director are excited to work together again after 7 years. Hyderabad, February 24 - Telugu star Nani's much-awaited Pan India movie Saripodhaa Sanivaaram gets the official theatrical release date. Directed by Vivek Athreya, the movie also has Priyanka Arulmohan as the female lead alongside SJ Suryah. ## Nani has been in top form after scoring two hits last year in the form of Dasara and Hi Nanna. He has now reunited with his Ante Sundaraniki director Vivek Athreya for the Pan India movie Saripodhaa Sanivaaram which has been confirmed to hit big screens on August 29, 2024, in Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil. ## The movie is produced by DVV Entertainment. The makers unveiled the first-look glimpse today, February 24 on Nani's birthday. The teaser has a voice-over of versatile actor SJ Suryah who is playing the role of a cop. Produced by Puri Jagannadh and Charmy Kaur, Double iSmart also features Sanjay Dutt, marking his Telugu debut in a full-fledged role. ## Double iSmart is one of the most-awaited Telugu movies of the year and hence the makers are in no hurry to release it. In 2023, some of the biggest Tollywood stars will be in action with films that are some of the most anticipated ones among the nationwide audiences. ## The trade is quite optimistic about the upcoming Pan-Indian films regarding their box-office prospects, however, projections are split as far as their overseas business is concerned. According to the latest reports in Tollywood media, the overseas rights of Devara, Game Changer, Vishwambhara, and OG are locked. ## Jr. NTR-led "Devara" is easily one of the biggest Telugu films that reunited him with director Koratala Siva. The film was scheduled to release on April 5 this year but has now reportedly been postponed to a new date. It is said that Hamsini Entertainment has acquired the overseas theatrical rights of the film for 27 crores. The movie is expected to be released in August this year. ## Jr. NTR's "RRR" co-star Ram Charan teamed up with director Shankar for a political action drama film titled "Game Changer". The movie has been in production since 2022 but the shoot got delayed due to Shankar's other commitments. The makers are now planning to release the film in September this year. ## According to reports, the overseas theatrical rights of "Game Changer" have been bagged by Phars Films for 23 crores. The overseas business of the movie got hit by the continuous delay but it is expected to fetch good business for the domestic market. ## Megastar Chiranjeevi teamed up with director Mallidi Vassishta for a socio-fantasy film titled "Vishwambhara". The makers recently released a concept first look teaser which instantly caught the attention of the fans. The movie is carrying a very good buzz among the audiences as well as the trade and as a result, it fetched a good overseas deal. As per reports, Sarigama Cinemas acquired the overseas rights of Vishwambhara for 18 crores which is very good business.
