Mumbai, October 23 - Superstar Salman Khan has reportedly resumed filming of the much-anticipated action drama Sikandar amid the postponement rumours. The film is directed by A.R. Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. ## There have been media reports about the superstar postponing the shooting schedule of Sikandar due to the murder of politician Baba Siddique and the death threats to Salman from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's gang, but the latest development suggests that things are going as par plans for the movie. ## According to the Hindustan Times, Salman has resumed the shoot as per the planned schedule, keeping to the commitments he is known for. The Sikandar team is determined to deliver a timely quality film and Salman is perfectly in sync with those plans. The movie was supposed to be released in October during Gandhi Jayanti weekend but was pushed back. ## According to the report by Pinkvilla, Maddock Films and the team have now locked the Republic Day weekend 2025 release for Sky Force. It is directed by Sandeep Kewlani, and Abhishek Anil Kapur and also stars Sara Ali Khan, Veer Pahariya, and Nimrat Kaur in prominent roles. ## Sky Force is set against the backdrop of India's first-ever air strike on Pakistan. It is said to be a perfect fit for a Republic Day weekend release due to its patriotic flavour and is high on action, drama, emotions, and thrills to keep the audience excited. ## The VFX of Sky Force is done by the National and Oscar Award-winning company - DNEG. Mumbai, October 14 - Dharma Productions' love story drama Dhadak 2, starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Triptii Dimri has reportedly been postponed to the next year. Directed by Shazia Iqbal, the movie is a spiritual sequel to Dhadak (2018), starring Ishaan Khatter, and Janhvi Kapoor. ## Dhadak 2, which is said to be a remake of the Tamil film Pariyerum Perumal (2018), was announced on November 22, 2024, release. According to Bollywood Hungama, it has now been postponed and the producers are looking at releasing the film on February 21, 2025.## Subject to the official announcement, Dhadak 2 will clash with Ajay Devgn's Raid 2 which is already confirmed for February 21, 2025, release. Mumbai, October 8 - Producer Sohum Shah's folk horror thriller Tumbbad has become a big success in its re-release run. After the dismal show upon its original release in 2018, the movie was re-launched on September 13 this year and since then it has managed to turn things upside down. ## Tumbbad has been re-writing history for a re-release title at the Indian box office. It has become the highest-grossing re-release movie in India by beating Thalapathy Vijay's Ghilli. Now, the movie has set a new record on the ticketing platform, Book My Show. ## Directed by Rahi Anil Barve, the movie has sold 1+ million tickets so far on BMS, making it the first re-release movie ever to achieve the feat. At the box office, it has grossed approximately 36 crores so far in 25 days.## Tumbbad was a box office flop in its original release, but thanks to the tremendous response to its repeat run, the movie has managed to overturn the verdict to emerge as a hit.
