Bradley Bradshaw (Miles Teller), call sign: "Rooster," the son of Maverick's late friend and Radar Intercept Officer Lt. Nick Bradshaw, aka "Goose". Facing an uncertain future and confronting the ghosts of his past, Maverick is drawn into a confrontation with his own deepest fears, culminating in a mission that demands the ultimate sacrifice from those who will be chosen to fly it".## The film stars Tom Cruise as test pilot Maverick, alongside Miles Teller, Jennifer Connelly, Jon Hamm, Glen Powell, Lewis Pullman, Ed Harris, and Val Kilmer. Elizabeth Olsen Tired of Filmmakers Bashing Marvel Movies as a 'Lesser Type of Art'

Los Angeles, May 11 - It has become a norm for the filmmakers to criticize Marvel movies by calling them "no real art". However, despite their criticism, Marvel movies are widely loved and accepted among audiences worldwide and such movies often end up doing wonders at the box office. ## Elizabeth Olsen, who is back in theaters as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch in "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness", is really tired of filmmakers such as Martin Scorsese and Francis Ford Coppola bashing Marvel movies. The actress said that she gets frustrated when people discredit cast and crew by bashing Marvel films. ## "I'm not saying we're making indie art films, but I just think it takes away from our crew, which bugs me. These are some of the most amazing set designers, costume designers, and camera operators. I feel diminishing them with that kind of criticism takes away from all the people who do award-winning films, and that also work on these projects", Olsen told The Independent. ## "From an actor's point of view, whatever, I get it; I totally understand that there's a different kind of performance that's happening. But I do think throwing Marvel under the bus takes away from the hundreds of very talented crew people. That's where I get a little feisty about that", she added. ## In the past, the "The Aviator" director Martin Scorsese criticized Marvel films by comparing them with theme park rides. He also said that superhero movies have reshaped exhibition that is very harmful to non-superhero movies. ## Stay tuned...

But it felt like we had to close the book, to some extent, on his love story with Christine Palmer and so Doctor Strange hears that wisdom from Christine to face his fears and be open to the idea of loving someone".## "And then along comes Clea, and I guess we'll see what happens next between the two of them", he added.## View this post on Instagram A post shared by Charlize Theron (@charlizeafrica) ## Stay tuned...

'Doctor Strange 2' Star Benedict Cumberbatch Jokes About Will Smith's Oscars Slap Controversy

Los Angeles, May 9 - Benedict Cumberbatch takes a dig at Will Smith's infamous slap to comedian Chris Rock in the recently concluded Oscars, in 'Saturday Night Live' monologue. Benedict was nominated for the Best Actor at the Academy Awards for his performance in "The Power of the Dog".## Cumberbatch said during his monologue, "I really am thrilled to be back hosting Saturday Night Live. It's been a really fun, great week. I have to be honest, though, because most of the sketch writers pitched me sketches every day, and most were about 'Doctor Strange' - which is great, I love the guy, I love playing the character, but I have been in other films".## He joked that Lorne Michaels, the executive producer of Saturday Night Live, asked him what other films he'd appeared in. The actor added, "I said, 'Well, like 'The Power of the Dog.' And he said, 'Nobody saw it.' I said, 'Come on, man, I was nominated for an Oscar for that.' I mean, I didn't win. I was beaten by Will Smith".## He then added: "No, not physically! Not physically!".## Will Smith, who won his maiden Oscar for his performance in "King Richard", smacked Chris Rock during the Oscars ceremony, after the stand-up comedian made a joke about his wife. Elizabeth Olsen Doesn't Want Kids To Think of Scarlet Witch As a Role Model

Mumbai, May 8 - Marvel Studios' "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness" is playing in the theaters and there is one actor winning all the accolades, is Elizabeth Olsen. She has played the role of Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch. ## The comic book superhero characters have always been favorites among people, especially kids who look up to them as role models. However, Elizabeth Olsen doesn't want kids to think of Scarlet Witch as a role model and she explained the reason for that. ## "I think the thing that I worry about is when people start saying, "Is she a role model to children?". And I don't like answering that question at all because she is a woman who's made big mistakes (in the movie), and I don't want to think of her as a role model, encouraging kids to make similar violent mistakes", Olsen said to comicbook.com.## "Yeah. The only thing that worries me is she became this thing that even little kids loved and then we're really pushing it with this one. So that's the one thing where I'm like, 'I don't want to answer role model questions", she added. ## Those who have watched the movie in theaters would know that Scarlet Witch/Wanda Maximoff is the reason behind all the chaos in the movie as she believes that controlling the multiverse with America Chavez's power will allow her to reunite with Billy and Tommy, the children she created during her time in Westview. ## Stay tuned...

Chris Pratt Calls 'Jurassic World: Dominion' The End Of The Franchise

Mumbai, May 7 - Universal Pictures' upcoming science fiction adventure film, "Jurassic World Dominion" could be the end of the franchise, at least according to Chris Pratt. The sequel to Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018), and the sixth installment in the Jurassic Park franchise, the upcoming movie is directed by Colin Trevorrow. ## Jurassic World: Dominion takes place four years after Isla Nublar has been destroyed. Dinosaurs now live—and hunt—alongside humans all over the world. This fragile balance will reshape the future and determine, once and for all, whether human beings are to remain the apex predators on a planet they now share with history's most fearsome creatures.## Pratt, who reprises his role as Owen Grady, said during a conversation with The Today Show that there's a measure of finality to Dominion that will surprise a ton of longtime fans of the franchise. ## "You know when you go to a fireworks display like the Fourth of July or New Years, there's always the finale? You're waiting for it, and then boom! And you're like, 'Oh! This is it! This is the finale!' I feel like the whole movie is that. It's 30 years in the making, it's the sixth Jurassic film, it's the end of this franchise", Pratt said. ## "Jurassic World Dominion" is the third Jurassic movie for Pratt, who first starred in 2015's "Jurassic World" movie. The actor recalled the time when the first movie in the franchise was released in 1990. ## "The first time I saw Jurassic Park, I was thirteen. I had no idea I was going to be an actor. If you would've told me that I would be doing this, there's no way I would've believed it. And these folks were cemented in my mind as icons, and so to be working with them is a dream come true", he added. ## Chris Pratt is live with us on the plaza! 🦖 pic.twitter.com/DkitwygiuP— TODAY (@TODAYshow) May 5, 2022 ## The film stars an ensemble cast including Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, Sam Neill, BD Wong, Omar Sy, Isabella Sermon, Justice Smith, and Daniella Pineda reprising their roles from previous films in the franchise, and they are joined by DeWanda Wise, Mamoudou Athie, Campbell Scott, Scott Haze, and Dichen Lachman.## It is scheduled to release on June 10. ## Stay tuned...
