Hyderabad, March 20 - S S Rajamouli's magnum opus, "RRR" is readying to smash big screens worldwide on March 25. The period action drama, starring Jr. NTR, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, and Ajay Devgn, has been one of the most-awaited films for a long time now. It is seen as the potential highest-grosser of the year at the Indian box office.## Ahead of the massive worldwide release, "RRR" got a massive boost thanks to the hikes in ticket prices by the Telugu state governments. In the last one and a half years, Telugu movies have suffered a lot due to the low ticket prices but this won't be the case with "RRR", which will be released with maximum potential. ## Due to the massive hype and price hikes, "RRR" is on track to break the box office records. Touted to be a jungle adventure film, the project is currently scripting stage and will go on floors next year. ## While Rajamouli's film with Mahesh Babu is yet to be announced officially, there have been a lot of rumours regarding its cast, and plot details. In one of the recent media articles, it was reported that SSMB29 will also be a multistarrer just like "RRR".## During the media interaction today (March 19), Rajamouli has put all those rumours about the film's multi-star casting and said that there will be only one star in the film and that is Mahesh Babu. There are no such plans (as of now) to bring another top star onboard. However, it is said that Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is in talks with Rajamouli to star opposite SSMB in the film. ## SSMB29 will be Mahesh Babu's first Pan-India flick as it will be released in multiple languages. Jr. NTR and Ram Charan, who play the lead roles in "RRR", admit that they were upset by the helmsman's lack of empathy while on the sets. ## In one of the recent promotional videos of "RRR", the actors complained that they had to deal with the tough demands of Rajamouli, who leave no stone unturned to make the film perfect. "Rajamouli does not show any empathy while on the sets. Even if Charan or I had small issues, he would make us join the shoot, and complete the task", Jr. NTR said. ## Ram Charan also said recalling an on-set incident. "I was not feeling well and Rajamouli still wanted me to come down and start shooting. The film, which marks Kalyan's second collaboration with Shankar after "Gabber Singh", was titled "Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh", a year later after the announcement. ## The movie was supposed to go on floors in 2021, but due to the covid-19 pandemic, and Kalyan's already announced films, director Harish's film got delayed. The movie is now readying to go on floors in June this year, for which, director Harish has started preparations. ## Meanwhile, there is a major development happened regarding the primary cast of the film. While Pawan Kalyan will reportedly be seen as a Telugu lecturer, the makers have roped in Pooja Hegde as the female lead, and she is said to be playing the role of an English lecturer. Harish Shankar, however, said in a conversation with idlebrain that "It's too early to talk about their roles". ## Apart from Pooja Hegde, Harish Shankar also confirmed that they are trying to rope in acclaimed actor, Pankaj Tripathi to play an important role in the film. It stars Jr. NTR, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, and Alia Bhatt in prominent roles. After "RRR", the maverick filmmaker with a team with superstar Mahesh Babu for a jungle adventure film that will go on floors next year. It will mark the duo's maiden collaboration. ## According to Pinkvilla, the "Baahubali" director will be directing Allu Arjun after Mahesh Babu's film. The magnum opus, directed by maverick filmmaker SS Rajamouli, is gearing up for the widest ever release for an Indian film on March 25 worldwide. It also stars Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, and Alia Bhatt in prominent roles. ## After the "RRR", the "Janatha Garage" actor will reportedly be teaming up with director Buchi Babu Sana, who made his debut last year with the blockbuster "Uppena". NTR's film with Buchi Babu has been in the talks for some time now. It was supposed to be launched in February 2022, but the launch was delayed for some reason.## Now, the latest development is that the movie will be produced by Mythri Movie Makers and will reportedly be launched on April 11 this year.
