Hyderabad, February 19 - Telugu star Ram Pothineni is going Pan-India with his next film and has joined hands with director Boyapati Srinu, who is on cloud nine after the recent box office hit "Akhanda". Tentatively titled, #RAPO20 or #BoyapatiRapo, the movie will be produced by Srinivasaa Chhitturi under his banner Srinivasaa Silver Screen. ## The formal announcement of the movie was made by the actor himself on his Twitter account as he is super excited to team up with 'Daddy of Mass emotions', Boyapati Srinu. The movie, starring Teja Sajja in the lead role, was a box office hit and earned approx. 10 crores at the Indian box office. ## The hit combo of Vaman and Teja Sajja later reunited for Telugu cinema's first-ever superhero movie, "HanuMan: The Origin", which was launched in June 2021. Produced by K Niranjan Reddy under his banner Prime Show Entertainment, "Hanuman" is touted to be a unique superhero film that will be released in multiple languages including Hindi. ## Post the success of "Zombie Reddy", Varma and Sajja's second collaboration is getting a lot of hype in trade, which has resulted in its whopping pre-release business. According to industry insiders, "Hanuman" makers have sold the non-theatrical rights of the film in a huge Rs. 16 crores. Telugu satellite and digital rights have attracted a handsome Rs. 11 crores while Hindi dubbed rights sold for Rs. 5 crores. ## "Hanuman" is currently in production and will be released this summer. February End Gets Intense With Blockbuster Indian Films

Hyderabad, February 16 - The Indian film industry has started getting into a zone and things are hitting up at the box office, after a short pause caused the 3rd covid-19 wave. The biz has re-started with two mid-budget films - Ravi Teja's "Khiladi" and Rajkumar Rao and Bhumi Padenkar's "Badhaai Do" on February 11, but the best is saved for the last week of February. ## Until a week ago, there was a lot of confusion regarding a few films' release dates, but now, things have become clear about what is coming ahead in this month. One thing is sure, the audience is going to be entertained like never before, and this is all beginning from February 18, on which, Malayalam biggie, "Aaraattu", starring superstar Mohanlal, is releasing in theaters. ## Along with "Aaraattu" on February 18, the Hollywood adventure movie "Uncharted" is also releasing in Indian cinemas. The movie stars Tom Holland, who is in red hot form after the blockbuster success of "Spider-Man: No Way Home" in India and all across the world. "Uncharted", however, is unlikely to challenge "Aaraattu" as it won't be released in Malayalam. ## "Aaraattu" is just the beginning of what lies ahead. The real game will begin on February 24 when the long-awaited Tamil blockbuster "Valimai", starring Ajith Kumar, will debut in theaters in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada. Directed by H Vinoth, "Valimai" is arguably the most anticipated Tamil movie and has been in the news since 2020. ## "Valimai", however, will have tough competition at the Hindi box office with Alia Bhatt-fronted "Gangubai Kathiawadi", which is releasing a day later on February 25. Alia Bhatt is an upcoming superstar and her latest film, which is inspired by true events, is expected to do very well at the box office. The Sanjay Leela Bhansali-directed will also be released in Telugu. Ajay Devgn has played a cameo role in the film and his presence will surely boost its box office chances. ## "Gangubai Kathiawadi" is not the only challenge for "Valimai" as the even-bigger threat awaits for this actioner in the form of Telugu tentpole "Bheemla Nayak", which stars Power star Pawan Kalyan in the title role. "Bheemla Nayak" was speculated to move out from the Feb. release but with ease in covid-19 restrictions in Andhra Pradesh, the makers have decided to bring the movie on February 25. It is sure to take the biggest opening among the movies releasing this month. It also stars Rana Daggubati, Nithya Menen, Samyukhta Menon in prominent roles. ## Among the other films releasing this month is Sharwanand and Rashmika Manadanna-starrer "Aadaalloo Meeku Johaarlu", which is also releasing on February 25. It is said that Ram Charan might accept the offer as it will mark his debut in the digital space. However, there are no official talks yet on the same. ## Even if Netflix brings Ram Charan on board, the project is unlikely to roll out anytime soon as Tollywood star already has multiple big-screen projects in the pipeline. Mumbai, February 12 - There is no one stopping Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna-starrer "Pushpa - The Rise" at the Hindi box office. The action entertainer's dream Hindi box office run continued in its 8th week, earning Rs. 2.76 crores. ## Directed by Sukumar, the "Pushpa - The Rise" Hindi collection after the 8th week has climbed to Rs. 104.02 crores. It is currently the 88th highest-grossing Hindi film at the Indian box office. Over its 8th week run, the film crossed Ajay Devgn-fronted films "Bol Bachchan" (103.12 crores), and "Raid" (103.07 crores). ## According to the available box office data, "Pushpa - The Rise" has become the 3rd biggest earner at the Hindi box office in the 8th week, after "Gadar: Ek Prem Katha" (Rs. 4.10 crores), and "Uri: The Surgical Stike" (Rs. 3.83 crores). Hyderabad, February 11 - Telugu superstar Jr. NTR announced in 2021 that he would be collaborating with Trivikram Srinivas again for a Pan-India movie. The duo had earlier joined hands for "Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava", which was released in October 2018 and was a box office hit. ## Haarika & Hassine Creations, which had produced "Aravinda Sametha", announced in January 2021 that the action-director duo will be reuniting for another film. However, there were some reports that all is not well between them and the movie was reportedly shelved. Later, Trivikram picked Mahesh Babu's film, which was recently launched in Hyderabad while NTR joined hands with Koratal Siva for his next. ## Now, it seems that Jr. NTR's film with the ace filmmaker will be produced by Naga Vamsi under his banner Sithara Entertainments. During a recent media conversation, Naga Vamsi spilled the beans about this much-awaited film and said that it will be made on a huge scale and will be a Pan-India project. ## "We have planned it on a huge scale. The concept of the movie is really interesting, and NTR will be seen in a never-before role. Trivikram Srinivas has penned a mind-blowing story, which we believe has a potential to reach pan-India", Naga Vamsi said, according to Telangana Today. ## NTR's film with Trivikram will only start after both complete their current commitments. Trivikram will soon start the shooting of Mahesh Babu and Pooja Hegde's yet-untitled film while Jr. NTR will also commence filming Koratala Siva's film that is going to be a Pan-India project. Producer Suryadevara Naga Vamsi confirms the Hindi release of the most-anticipated movie. ## In one of his recent interviews, when Naga Vamsi was quizzed about "Bheemla Nayak", he said, "I am confident that the movie will be a super hit. That is why we have opted for its Hindi release as well".## "Though Bheemla Nayak is an adaptation of Malayalam movie, Ayyappanum Koshiyum, the audience will be thoroughly entertained. We have taken the storyline from the original movie.
