Mumbai, June 25 - The moment Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan fans have been waiting for is finally here as they got to see a glimpse of SRK's keenly-anticipated film Pathaan. ## The first look motion poster of "Pathaan", which marks SRK's comeback to the movies after more than 4 years, was unveiled on June 25, which marks the 30th anniversary of "Deewana" (1992), Khan's film debut. The first look poster features a deadly gun-toting SRK. ## "Pathaan" is being directed by "War" fame Siddharth Anand and he chooses this special day to present SRK as Pathaan to his millions of fans globally. "Thirty years of Shah Rukh Khan is a cinematic moment in itself in the history of Indian cinema and we wanted to celebrate it with his millions and millions of fans globally", Anand said to Variety. ## "Today is Shah Rukh Khan day and we need to tell the world that. The film has earned a blockbuster status for its extraordinary box office run so far, and its 5th collection despite its OTT release has proved why it is a bonafide blockbuster. ## Produced by Bhushan Kumar and Murad Khetani, BB2 has beaten the movies like "Badhaai Ho" (₹ 8 Cr), "Padmaavat" (₹ 7.54 Cr), "Baahubali" (₹ 6.09 Cr), and "Tiger Zinda Hai" (₹ 5.81 Cr) to claim the 7th spot in the 5th-week collection list in Hindi. ## The movie, also starring Kiara Advani and Tabu, has so far scored a whopping ₹ 184.32 crores net over 35 days. It has been more than 22 years since "Hera Pheri" first was released but the memories of the iconic caper are still fresh in the hearts of the fans. ## A sequel of the movie, titled "Phir Hera Pheri" was released in 2006 and it successfully carried the legacy of the original movie. Such has been the magic created by the first two films that the there has been a huge demand for "Hera Pheri 3". The movie even came close to beginning the production but due to various issues, it couldn't take place. ## And now, after 15 years since the release of the second part, "Hera Pheri 3" is back on track and if all goes well, it may start production next year. The story is in place, and we are working on certain modalities. It'll be made in the same way, retaining the innocence of the characters. We can't take past achievements for granted.
