Mumbai, August 27 - Bollywood star and soon-to-be-mother, Alia Bhatt is at peak of her game with back-to-back blockbuster successes both at the box office and digital platforms. She delivered one of the biggest Bollywood hits of 2022 with "Gangubai Kathiawadi" and played a key role in SS Rajamouli's mega-blockbuster "RRR" while her "Darlings" also got a good response at Netflix. ## Going forward, Alia Bhatt has a few massive films in her hand and one of them is her Hollywood debut Heart of Stone. The "Raazi" actress will star alongside Hollywood superstar Gal Gadot, who is widely known worldwide for the "Wonder Woman" role. "Heart of Stone" is a spy action thriller film that recently wrapped filming and will release directly on Netflix. ## During a recent interview with Variety, Alia opened up about HOS and how did it come to her. While speaking about the script which she loved, Alia also said how Gal Gadot was also one of the reasons for her to do the movie that is directed by Tom Harper and produced by Skydance Media, Pilot Wave, and Mockingbird Pictures.## "I read the script, and of course, I heard that Gal was going to be starring in it and was also producing it, which I was extremely excited about because I am such a huge admirer of her work and just the person, the force that she is", she said.## "For me, what is most important is that if I am to come on board as an actor, I have to be 100% convinced of the part, otherwise I feel I'm doing the film more harm than good. So I said, I have to fall in love with the script first. And I get the script and it's totally unlike anything I have done, and I can’t speak too much about the script, but I have to say that I was so thrilled because it was such a good part", she added. ## Meanwhile, Alia will next be seen in the magnum opus "Brahmastra Part One: Shiva". Scheduled to release on September 9, the actress stars alongside her husband Ranbir Kapoor and also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, and Nagarjuna Akkineni. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, Alia calls this fantasy adventure film, "The first of its kind; it's a very brave, big giant step [in] that direction".## Stay tuned...
