It is the second film in Sony's Spider-Man Universe and the standalone sequel to the blockbuster "Venom" (2018). ## In "Venom: Let There Be Carnage", Eddie Brock tries to reignite his career in journalism by interviewing serial killer Cletus Kasady (Woody Harrelson), who becomes the host of the alien symbiote spawn of Venom, named Carnage. A strong box office performance at the domestic front from Tom Hardy-fronted could set the tone for the rest of the movies coming out in the month of October in form of the potential blockbusters, "No Time to Die" on October 8, "Halloween Kills" on October 15, and "Dune" on October 22. ## Going into the box office business, "Venom: Let There Be Carnage" has plenty of things in favor. For the first time since the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic, the USA box office is witnessing a quick recovery, thanks to the recent releases, "Shang-Chi", "Free Guy", "A Quiet Place 2", and others. The actor has played this iconic character in five Bond movies including "No Time To Die" and is regarded as one of the finest Bond characters in the history of the franchise. Craig's Bond has not only becomes the fan-favorite but also take the franchise to new highs in terms of the scale and box office potential. ## If "No Time To Die" is really going to be Craig's final outing as a British fictional MI6 agent, then he will go down as the most successful Bond of the franchise at the box office. Before "No Time To Die", Craig starrer Bond movies "Casino Royale" (2006), "Quantum of Solace" (2008), "Skyfall" (2012), and "Spectre" (2015) had grossed over $3.15 billion globally, averaging $791 million per film. ## Before Craig, Pierce Brosnan was the most successful Bond hero with approx $1.50 billion with four films he starred in. However, among the slate of films, Akshay Kumar's "Atrangi Re" has yet to get a release date. ## While many are wondering why the makers haven't announced the theatrical release date of "Atrangi Re", which is ready for a long time now, it has now been revealed that the makers of the film might be opting for a direct-to-digital release via Netflix. It is produced by T-Series, Colour Yellow Productions, and Cape of Good Films.## Akshay Kumar too had hinted about the direct OTT release of "Atrangi Re" in a chat with Hindustan Times. "To be honest, I haven't yet included Atrangi Re in the list because we are still mulling over whether it should be a theatrical film or an OTT release. Akshay Kumar To Reunite With Good Newwz Director Raj Mehta And Karan Johar?

Mumbai, September 28 - Akshay Kumar is in no mood to slow down. The actor has been on a roll for the last many years and he will be in action in the coming years on a regular basis. Akshay has at least 5 films that will be releasing in the next 12 months, plus, there are three to four films in the pipeline, two of them could possibly release next year. ## Meanwhile, the Khiladi of Bollywood has reportedly added one more film to his ever-growing list. The Padman actor delivered a blockbuster in "Good Newwz" (2019), which was directed by Raj Mehta. Now, according to reports, the actor-director duo is all set to reunite for their next film, which will be produced by Karan Johar, who co-produced "Good Newwz". ## According to a source (via Pinkvilla), Akshay and Raj Mehta had discussed the idea of joining hands once again after the 2019 comedy-drama film. Having gone through various subjects, the duo has finally locked the subject which is completely different from Good News. ## The pre-production work has already begun and the makers are exploring several locations to shoot the film, with the UK being right on top of the list. The film is expected to go on floors in early next year after Akshay is done shooting for Cinderella, Oh My God 2, and Ram Setu. ## Apart from the feature films, Akshay also has Amazon Prime Video's web series "The End". The series, which marks Akshay's digital debut, is expected to roll out in March 2022. On the other hand, Raj Mehta is busy in social dramedy, Jug Jugg Jeeyo with Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, Anil Kapoor, and Neetu Kapoor in lead. ## Stay tuned...

Telugu Movie 'Love Story' Makes A BIG Punch At The USA Box Office

Hyderabad, September 28 - During the 18-months of the covid-19 pandemic era, the Telugu film industry has kept show biz running in India while others are struggling to cope up with the devastating once in a century pandemic.## Even in these tough times, the Telugu film industry has given six blockbuster movies, all came in 2021. Keeping those expectations high, another Telugu movie, "Love Story" is well on track to become a BIG hit, not only in India but also in overseas markets. ## Directed by National award-winning filmmaker, Sekhar Kammula, "Love Story" has already become one of the top grosser after the deadly second wave in India. It also took the biggest opening of Rs. 9.05 crores in India after the 2nd wave while its opening weekend (Fri-Sun) collection stands at an outstanding Rs. 24.8 crores net. ## Meanwhile, the Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi starrer is surprisingly turning out to be a big adventure at the USA box office. The film had the best premiere night for an Indian film during the pandemic with $314K (Rs. 2.32 crore) on Thursday premiere. ## By the end of its opening weekend in the USA, the movie has crossed $1 million ($1.02 or 7.54 Cr) which includes $292K on Friday, $287K on Saturday, and $128K on Sunday apart from Thursday premiere. The movie was easily one of the top earners in the concluded weekend at the USA box office. The worldwide total gross collection after the opening weekend of "Love Story" stands at Rs. 37 crores. ## Produced by Amigos Creations and Sree Venkateswara Cinemas, the film hasn't got the great of reviews from the critics but it is clearly winning the heart hearts of the audiences. This is the reason that the makers have declared the film a "magical blockbuster", and we aren't complaining as it has been like that.
