Box Office: Shamshera First Sunday Early Estimates; Remains Flat

Mumbai, July 24 - Shamshera is heading towards yet another low day at the box office as the early estimated collections are set to be in the same range as the first two days. The collections are likely to be between 10.50-10.75cr net box office collections.

There was a hope that the film will see a growth of around 50% on Sunday as the first two days' collections were low but the numbers on Sunday shocked the entire trade. The first-weekend collection is just a little over 31 crores mark.

There is no center that is recording even a decent footfall. Getting this sort of low collection with this sort of ticket pricing is nothing but disastrous. Delhi-NCR which was leading from the front in collections has started getting hit by bad word of mouth.

Shamshera is moving towards a huge disaster film no matter how the film will going to hold on the first Monday as the fate of the film has been sealed in the first weekend only. The bad phase of the industry continues as huge films continue to bite the dust. There is some hope for the next two biggies Laal Singh Chaddha and Rakshabandhan.
