Ram Charan's 'Game Changer' and Prabhas' 'Project K' Move Out From Sankranthi 2024 Race?

Hyderabad, June 25 - The release calender of big-budget Pan-Indian movies continues to shake up. Two of the most awaited movies, Ram Charan-starrer Game Changer and Prabhas-fronted Project K are such films which were announced a long time back but the shoot is still not completed. ## "Game Changer", which is being directed by Shankar, does not seem to getting completed anytime soon. Due to Shankar's other commitment to Kamal Haasan's "Indian 2", the shoot for Ram Charan's movie is having long delays, and as per the latest reports, around 80 days of shoot is still pending for the movie. ## The film was announced for Sankranthi 2024 release in multiple languages, but the latest reports have suggested that it won't be ready by that time. It is said that the "Game Changer" release date is now pushed to the Summer of 2024. It is produced by Dil Raju and the makers are unlikely to provide an update anytime soon as there is so much work still pending. ## Prabhas-fronted "Project K" is perhaps the most-anticipated Indian movie in the works at the moment. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the sci-fi action epic boasts a legendary cast that also features Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani in prominent roles. ## "Project K" is believed to be a two-part feature film, however, the makers haven't made any official announcement regarding the same yet. The movie, produced by C. Aswani Dutt's Vyjayanthi Movies, is currently slated for January 12, 2024, release worldwide in multiple languages. ## The makers didn't mention the release date in their announcement of Kamal Haasan coming on board the film which led to speculations about its postponement. Rumors have been going on for the past few weeks that "Project K" might not be releasing this Sankranthi as it needs a long time in post-production. ## In case of both the aforementioned films move out from Sankranthi 2024 race, then Mahesh Babu's "Guntur Kaaram" remains the only big film to release during this festival. There are other Telugu biggies that will look to come on Sankranthi 2024 after the news about "Project K" and "Game Changer" get official. ##

Vyjayanthi Movies Ropes In Legendary Star Cast For Prabhas-Fronted 'Project K'

Hyderabad, June 25 - The most-awaited Indian film, Project K gets bigger with the legendary addition to its already solid star cast. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the sci-fi epic is produced by C. Aswani Dutt under the banner of Vyjayanthi Movies. ## The movie, which was announced in February 2020, is led by Pan India superstar Prabhas while legendary Amitabh Bachchan, actress Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani are also playing prominent roles. New Delhi, June 2 - Telugu actor Rana Daggubati believes that superstar Prabhas' upcoming film Project K with director Nag Ashwin will open new territories for Telugu cinema worldwide. ## Daggubati, who played the main antagonist in SS Rajamouli's blockbuster "Baahubali" films, took part in India Today Conclave South 2023 in which he spoke about the growing reputation of the Telugu film industry.## During the event, Rana said that "Project K" has the potential to become the next big thing in Indian cinema and could break boundaries that Rajamouli couldn't with his "Baahubali" and "RRR". "We celebrate each other's cinema fully. Like there is another film called Project K, which Nag Ashwin is directing with Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, and Deepika Padukone, that's a film we are really looking forward to in Telugu", he said.## Both "Baahubali" and "RRR" are considered path-breaking films where the former opened the gate for Telugu cinema to score big in other languages while the latter took things internationally and gave Rajamouli global fame. ## "That film will, I think will, break the boundaries that both Baahubali and RRR haven't done", Rana further said adding "Pushing that boundary to the next edge. I am really looking forward to that film, and it could really become a global film from Telugu (cinema)".## "Project K", which is a sci-fi, is currently in production for January 2024 release. There are reports that the movie may release in two parts, however, the makers haven't made that official yet. Allu Arvind's Geetha Arts To Bankroll Multiple Big-Budget Films

Hyderabad, June 2 - Producer Allu Arvind backed Geetha Arts has announced multiple big-budget films for the next few years. The studio, which has delivered some of the big-budget blockbusters in the past, has been bankrolling low to mid-budget for some time now. ## Geetha Arts recently released the Telugu dubbed version of the Malayalam movie "2018" and scored a success with it. During the success meet recently, Allu Arvind revealed that going forward, Geetha Arts will produce larger-than-life entertainers while continuing to produce mid-cost movies. ## The producer revealed that he has signed star Telugu directors Boyapati Srinu and Surender Reddy along with the recent hitmaker, Karthikeya director Chandoo Mondeti for his upcoming projects. The studio is in talks with some of the superstars to headline these projects. ## "Our project with Boyapati Garu is in the scripting stage. Two-star heroes are in consideration for this project", Allu Arvind said and revealed that "Agent" director Surender Reddy is also working on the script work for a huge project. "Chandoo Mondeti will be directing three projects for Geetha Arts. Two scripts have been finalized already, and one of them will be made with a budget of nearly Rs 300 crore", he added.## While the studio hasn't revealed the details much, there is buzz that one of the films by Chandoo Mondeti will be with Tamil superstar Suriya. The director has previously revealed that he is in talks with Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan for a sci-fi film and the duo might team up for the same under the Geetha Arts banner.## Apart from the aforementioned projects, Allu Arvind will also be bankrolling a Pan India movie featuring his son, superstar Allu Arjun with director Trivikram Srinivas. Prabhas To Collaborate With Trivikram Srinivas For The First Time?

Hyderabad, May 27 - A few days ago, it was reported that superstar Prabhas is in talks with "Sita Ramam" director Hanu Raghvapudi for a big-budget Pan India movie. Later it was revealed that the movie will have a war backdrop which the actor liked and will start shooting once he finishes his ongoing projects. ## Now, according to Pinkvilla, the "Baahubali" star is in the early talks with director Trivikram Srinivas for a possible collaboration. Trivikram, who is currently directing superstar Mahesh Babu in "SSMB 28", recently pitched a story idea to Prabhas and it is said to be completely different from what they have done before. ## The project in question is still in the so early stage to get confirmation but the report revealed it will be in a unique space for Prabhas and won't be anything that anyone has seen him before.
