Jr. NTR's 'Devara: Part 1' Locks Theatrical Deals For Telugu States
Hyderabad, June 20 - Telugu superstar Jr. NTR's Devara: Part 1 has locked theatrical rights for Telugu states with still more than three months left for the release. Directed by Koratala Siva, Devara is one of the year's most anticipated Pan-Indian movies, and the trade is buzzing about its box office potential. ## It was reported that Sithara Entertainment offered a huge 120 crores to acquire theatrical rights for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states. While the quoted price has yet to be confirmed by reliable sources, it has been learned that area-wise distributors have been locked. ## According to Aakashavaani, Dil Raju will distribute the movie in the Nizam area, while Poorvi Pictures gets Vizag, LVR Adithya Films locks for West and Vijyalakshmi Cinemas for East area. In Guntur, Radhakrishna Entertainments will release the movie. Bhaskar Reddy and Dheeraj Entertainments will release the movie in Nellore and Krishna, respectively. In Ceeded, multiple distributors will distribute the film. ## Earlier, Anil Thadani of AA Films along with Karan Johar's Dharma Productions jointly grabbed the theatrical rights of Devara for the North India region. It is said that they paid 50 crores to acquire the theatrical rights to the film. ## Devara is produced by Sudhakar Mikkilineni, Kosaraju Harikrishna, and Nandamuri Kalyan Ram under the banners of Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts. The movie stars Jr. NTR in the title role alongside Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, both in their Telugu debut. It is scheduled to be released on September 27, 2024, in Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil. ## Stay tuned...
