I Completely Support Ravi Kishan Ji's Remarks About Saving Youth From Drug Trafficking: Jaya Prada
Actress turned politician, Jaya Prada has lent her support to her fellow party member, Ravi Kishan for his remark on Bollywood in drugs-related allegations that have emerged against the film industry in the Sushant Singh Rajput investigations. ## "Drug addiction is in the film industry too. Several people have been apprehended. The NCB has been doing very good work. I urge the central government to take strict action against the culprits soon. Give them a befitting punishment and bring an end to this conspiracy by neighboring countries", BJP MP Ravi Kishan had said in Lok Sabha on Day One of parliament's monsoon session. ## A day after Ravi Kishan's speech, Jaya Bachchan had slammed him and Kangana Ranaut and come out in support of the industry saying that such statements were meant to divert attention from the state of the economy and unemployment. ## However, Ravi Kushan has got support from the former MP and current BJP member, Jaya Prada who said that the youth needs to be protected from the "problem of drug trafficking/addiction" and lent her full support to the Bhojpuri actor for his speech. ## "I completely support Ravi Kishan Ji's remarks about saving youth from the problem of drug trafficking/addiction. We need to raise our voice against the use of drugs & we need to save our youth. I think Jaya Bachchan Ji is doing politics over the issue", said Jaya Prada to ANI. ## Meanwhile, Mumbai Police has provided the additional security outside Jalsa, the Bachchans' iconic bungalow in Juhu, after Jaya Bachchan's parliament speech against what she called attempts to vilify the film industry.
