Manoj Bajpayee Approached To Play Police Officer's Role In Pushpa: The Rule

Hyderabad, July 20 - Versatile actor Manoj Bajpyeee, who is known for his work in films like "Gangs of Wasseypur", "Satya", and "Aligarh", among others, has reportedly been approached to play a key role in "Pushpa - The Rule". He had recently praised the Allu Arjun-starrer film "Pushpa - The Rise", calling it immaculate.## The actor had earlier said that every frame in "Pushpa: The Rise" has been shot as if it's a matter of life and death. According to the latest reports, he has been approached to play the police officer role in "Pushpa - The Rule", which is scheduled to start filming in August this year. ## The film, written and directed by Sukumar and produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Muttamsetty Media, told the story of its titular character Pushparaj, and his rise to become a sandalwood smuggler. The action drama marked the debut of the noted Malayalam actor, Fahadh Faasil in Telugu cinema. He played the character of a corrupt cop, who will lock horns with Allu's lead character in the film's second part. ## Fahadh Faasil, in a recent interview, revealed that there might be a third part of the film as well as director Sukumar has enough material to take the movie forward. Fahadh Faasil Hints At Third Part of Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa'

Hyderabad, July 19 - Director Sukumar is preparing to start the shoot of the highly-anticipated Pan India movie, Pushpa - The Rule, starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil. The movie will be the continuation of the first part, Pushpa - The Rise, which became a huge hit at the box office. ## Fahadh Faasil, who is featured towards the end of the first part, will be the center stage of "Pushpa 2" as he is playing a main negative role. Now, the actor has hinted that there could be 3rd part of the movie as well and he has been asked to prepare for that. ## During a recent interview, Fahadh Faasil revealed that the makers had originally planned to complete the film in just one part, however, the makers later decided to split it into two parts. Revealing further, the "Vikram" actor said that during his recent talk with Sukumar, he has been asked to prepare for the third part as well because the director has enough material the take the story forward. ## Director Sukumar has taken enough time to relook at the script of "Pushpa 2" after the first part became a huge commercial success. "Pushpa 2" will reportedly have one more villain and reports say that the makers have approached Vijay Sethupathi to play that role. Producers Locked Huge Budget For Allu Arjun's Pushpa: The Rule

Hyderabad, July 12 - Pushpa: The Rise which became a cult blockbuster film has been enjoying massive popularity on the pan India level. Allu Arjun and Sukumar have hiked their remuneration after the massive success of 'Pushpa' in the Hindi market. ## Many Bollywood corporate companies have reportedly come forward to close the deal for the second part even before the commencement of the shooting. Allu Aravind and Allu Arjun realized that they would mint gold from the second part. So, Allu Arjun reportedly demanded Rs 90 crore as remuneration and a stake in the business. ## Sukumar who took Rs 18 crore for the first part will reportedly get Rs 45 Cr for this project. Altogether, the actor and director will get over Rs 130 crore as remunerations. Another 50 to 75 crore will go to the remunerations of other actors and technicians. Knowing the fact that "Pushpa 2" is a hot property in Hindi, Mythri is reportedly in talks with several studios and distributors for the release of the film. ## That is not all, according to reports, the producers of the film are looking to apply the formula of "Baahubali" and "KGF" in Hindi to get the best return. BB and KGF films were released in Hindi on commision basis through Hindi distributors as the producers were confident of the box office prospects of their films. Hyderabad, July 1 - The Tollywood film industry producers have brought new rules for the upcoming movies starting from today (July 1). The industry has been a standout performer during the covid-19 pandemic, however, it reduced the gap between theatrical and OTT window, which has now been revised.## From July 1st onwards, all the top stars' movies will have to complete at least 8 weeks of the theatrical window before making them available while other movies will need a minimum of 6 weeks to run in theaters. Prabhas' 'Salaar' And Allu Arjun-Starrer 'Pushpa 2' Set For Further Delay

Hyderabad, June 28 - It looks like there will be further delay in the release of two of the most-awaited Pan India biggies from South India. Prabhas-fronted Salaar and Allu Arjun-starrer Puhspa - The Rule will most likely to release in second half of 2023, due to the delay in production. ## The Prashanth Neel directorial "Salaar" has been in production since last year. It was originally announced for the release in April 2021, however, the makers were forced to delay the release as the shoot of the movie is nowhere close to completion.## Director Prashanth Neel had recently said that the entire shoot of the film will be completed by this year-end only as only 30% of the entire filming is done yet. The film will now be released in the second half of the next year. Before the release of "Salaar", Prabhas might see two releases in the form of "Adipurush" and one more film which he will start shooting soon. There is Nag Ashwin's "Project K" will also be released next year, however, the date is yet to be known. ## Meanwhile, Allu Arjun's "Pushpa - The Rule" is also gearing up for the second half of the 2023 release.
