'Bheemla Nayak' Advance Sales Crosses Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa - The Rise' In Hyderabad

Hyderabad, February 25 - Telugu superstar Pawan Kalyan's much-awaited actioner, "Bheemla Nayak" is releasing in theaters worldwide on February 25. Directed by Saagar K Chandra, "Bheemla Nayak" is the official remake of the Malayalam movie "Ayyappanum Koshiyum". The advance booking for "Bheemla Nayak" was opened just two days before the release as there was some issue between Book My Show and Telugu distributors. However, once the advance booking opened, it received a thundering response. "Bheemla Nayak" is seen as one of the biggest hits of Pawan Kalyan. It generated Rs. 23.90 crores in advance sales for the first day. In Hyderabad alone, the advance sales of "Bheemla Nayak" crossed Allu Arjun-starrer "Pushpa - The Rise", which generated Rs. 6.14 crores gross for the first day in December 2021. Andhra Pradesh Government Warns Theatre Owners Regarding Pawan Kalyan's 'Bheemla Nayak'

Hyderabad, February 24 - The government of Andhra Pradesh has warned the theater owners regarding the showcasing of superstar Pawan Kalyan's "Bheemla Nayak", which is slated to release on February 25. ## Ahead of the release of "Bheemla Nayak", the Andhra Pradesh government issued a notice, warning the theatre owners to follow the regulations regarding the ticket prices. Interestingly, the state government had recently reportedly promised to revise the ticket prices after the meeting with Tollywood stars. ## However, even after two weeks, the government has failed to issue new government order regarding the ticket prices, which will affect the business of "Bheemla Nayak". The theater owners have been asked to sell the tickets at old prices, which might cause a huge loss to the theatre owners, buyers, and the businessmen involved in the trade.## The state government also has issued strict orders warning the theatre owners to not allow benefit shows or special screenings of the movie in Andhra Pradesh. Allu Arjun's Pushpa: The Rise Beats Biggest Bollywood Hit Of 2021, Sooryavanshi In Terms Of Footfalls

Mumbai, February 22 - Allu Arjun's "Pushpa - The Rise" has proved itself as the box office monster in Hindi, despite many challenges and low promotion. Even though it was made available on the OTT platform 4 weeks after its theatrical run, the Telugu action thriller continues to attract audiences in theaters, which has been a pleasing sight for the film industry. ## "Pushpa - The Rise" has truly been a trendsetter and surpassed many outright Bollywood films at the box office. Bheemla Nayak Advance Booking Put On Hold In Telangana!

Hyderabad, February 19 - The advance booking for Pawan Kalyan-starrer upcoming Telugu movie "Bheemla Nayak", scheduled to release on February 25th, has reportedly been put on hold in Telangana state over service charge by the online ticketing portals. ## According to a report by Great Andhra, the Telugu film industry has taken a strong stand against online ticketing portals for abnormal ticket prices. It is learnt that the film industry is not happy with Book My Show and other platforms for charging high service charges which are resulting in low footfalls in theaters. ## The report has suggested that exhibitors have been asked to sell the cinema tickets only at the booking counters in theatres till the issue is settled. This decision has been taken to avoid the huge burden of higher ticket prices on audiences and encourage them to visit theaters to watch movies. ## Confirming this, Sirish, the distributor for Pawan Kalyan-starrer "Bheemla Nayak" in the Nizam area, said (via Great Andhra) that "For some days, the sale of tickets would be done at the counters in the theatres". ## In the past few years, ticket prices have gone up abnormally due to the higher commission charge by Book My Show. This has resulted in a reduction in theatre footfall. So, the industry has felt it would be better to revert back to the old system of selling tickets at the booking counters in theatres. Box Office Prediction: Bheemla Nayak To Outshine Its Big Competitors At The Box Office?

The big-screen magic will be shining bright again after the moments of ups and downs in the last two years of the covid-19 pandemic. ## The last weekend of February 2022 will see three of the most-awaited Indian movies hitting theaters in the form of Ajith Kumar's "Valimai" on Feb. 24, Pawan Kalyan's "Bheemla Nayak" on Feb. 25, and Alia Bhatt-fronted "Gangubai Kathiawadi" on Feb. 25. Interestingly, all three movies will have multilingual releases, thus making things tough for one another at the box office. ## Though there are a couple of other movies too to release during the same weekend such as the Telugu movie "Aadaalloo Meeku Johaarlu", starring Sharwanand and Rashmika Mandanna, the real battle to emerge box office king, however, will be among the three aforementioned films, especially between "Valimai", and "Bheemla Nayak". ## As far as the box office numbers are concerned, Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati-starrer Telugu movie "Bheemla Nayak", might outshine the other releases. February End Gets Intense With Blockbuster Indian Films

Hyderabad, February 16 - The Indian film industry has started getting into a zone and things are hitting up at the box office, after a short pause caused the 3rd covid-19 wave. The biz has re-started with two mid-budget films - Ravi Teja's "Khiladi" and Rajkumar Rao and Bhumi Padenkar's "Badhaai Do" on February 11, but the best is saved for the last week of February. ## Until a week ago, there was a lot of confusion regarding a few films' release dates, but now, things have become clear about what is coming ahead in this month. One thing is sure, the audience is going to be entertained like never before, and this is all beginning from February 18, on which, Malayalam biggie, "Aaraattu", starring superstar Mohanlal, is releasing in theaters. ## Along with "Aaraattu" on February 18, the Hollywood adventure movie "Uncharted" is also releasing in Indian cinemas. The movie stars Tom Holland, who is in red hot form after the blockbuster success of "Spider-Man: No Way Home" in India and all across the world. "Uncharted", however, is unlikely to challenge "Aaraattu" as it won't be released in Malayalam. ## "Aaraattu" is just the beginning of what lies ahead. The real game will begin on February 24 when the long-awaited Tamil blockbuster "Valimai", starring Ajith Kumar, will debut in theaters in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada. "Bheemla Nayak" was speculated to move out from the Feb. release but with ease in covid-19 restrictions in Andhra Pradesh, the makers have decided to bring the movie on February 25. It is sure to take the biggest opening among the movies releasing this month. It also stars Rana Daggubati, Nithya Menen, Samyukhta Menon in prominent roles. ## Among the other films releasing this month is Sharwanand and Rashmika Manadanna-starrer "Aadaalloo Meeku Johaarlu", which is also releasing on February 25.
