RRR Japan Box Office Collection: Takes Biggest Opening For An Indian Movie
Tokyo, October 22 - SS Rajamouli's global blockbuster RRR was released in Japan on October 21, and not so surprisingly, it took the biggest opening for an Indian film over there. As per reports, the movie grossed a solid ¥18 million (Rs. 1.06 crores) on the opening day.## As per the records available, "RRR" took the biggest opening, beating Prabhas-fronted Saaho which grossed approx. 90 lakh on an opening day upon its release in Japan in 2020. "RRR" has been released in Japan amid huge anticipation and is tracking to gross ¥60 million (Rs. 3.35 crores) in the opening weekend.## The Jr. NTR and Ram Charan-fronted period action drama film is looking to become the highest-grossing Indian film in Japan.
