John Wick Spinoff 'Ballerina' Gets A Theatrical Release Date
Los Angeles, April 5 - The Keanu Reeves-fronted John Wick: Chapter 4 has turned out to be a commercial hit and has already crossed $250 million at the worldwide box office. ## It is on track to become the highest-grossing film in the John Wick franchise by crossing the third installment's $327 million. John Wick 4 has also done very well at the Indian box office. Despite having no pre-release buzz and the low value of the franchise, the movie has grossed over 50 crores ($6+ million) so far.## Meanwhile, the John Wick spinoff Ballerina has been confirmed to hit theaters on June 7, 2024. It stars Ana de Armas in the lead, along with Anjelica Huston, Gabriel Byrne, the late Lance Reddick, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Norman Reedus, Ian McShane, and John Wick himself, Keanu Reeves. ## Directed by Len Wiseman, Ballerina plot teases that "The world of 'John Wick' expands with 'Ballerina', as Ana de Armas stars as an assassin trained in the traditions of the Ruska Roma". ## The spin-off takes place between the events of "John Wick: Chapter 3" and Chapter 4 as ballerina-assassin Rooney hunts the murderers of her family. ## Stay tuned...
