Now, the makers are planning to slowly start working, the actor has his plan laid out. ## According to a report in news daily, Akshay Kumar will first work on the spy-thriller, Bell Bottom that will be directed by Ranjit M Tewari. Akshay and the team will shoot the film in Scotland for a month. They will also shoot a few scenes in India. According to the report, Akshay chose this film first as it doesn’t require scenes that need a lot of crowd or high-end action sequences. ## Later, he will resume work on Prithviraj Chauhan with YRF, which shoot was halted by the coronavirus pandemic. According to reports in the daily, the makers are in no hurry to finish it as it is a historical movie and requires a certain scale. So, Akshay plans to shoot it by October end. ## After Prithviraj Chauhan, the actor has Anand L Rai's Atrangi Re, co-starring Sara Ali Khan, and Dhanush. For this film, Akshay Kumar is required to shoot for two weeks. He will allot the dates once the shooting kickstarts.## After Atrangi Re, the 52-year old finally, will start work on Sajid Nadiadwala's Bachchan Pandey by December-January. "He has a team in place to ensure that all SOPs are strictly followed by everyone. Safety will be the priority on the set," said a source to the daily. ## Next year, Akshay Kumar to work with Ekta Kapoor for an action-comedy film which is a remake of a Telugu film. She also talked about how she was once threatened by Aditya Chopra to finish her career.## Speaking with Arnab Goswami for Republic TV, Kangana Ranaut said, "I am not saying that anyone wanted Sushant to die, but definitely ruined. These people are emotional vultures. They want to see people lynch themselves. Why is Mumbai Police not summoning the 'powerful four'.## Calling Sushant's death a murder by the powerful people of the industry, Kangana reveals why "I call it murder because I do feel abetment of suicide. According to section 306, it is as much of a criminal offense as physically killing one person. So for me, from day 1, I’ve been calling it murder".## While taking on Aditya Chopra, the actress opened up about the 'evil' contracts of big production houses. She said, "Their contracts are evil, you can't do anything without their permission. (Sanjay Leela) Bhansali wanted him for Ram-Leela, but Aditya Chopra did not allow him to do the film, so he made Ranveer Singh do the film. Bhansali has not chased any actor for five years, he wanted him for Bajirao Mastani, again Aditya Chopra did not let him do the film, why because Sushant did not know how to do 'chaplusi' (being a sycophant). They sabotaged his career".## Adding further, the 33-year old said, "YRF talent agency had been handling his work and prevented him from working with other directors and instead promised him a movie with a big director (Shekhar Kapur). But later a news piece came out saying 'Kangana said No to Sultan'. And then he messaged me, 'How dare you'! You say No to me'. Recently in an interview, filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar confirmed that he is planning to make a superhero film series that will begin with Katrina Kaif's film. Now, the movie with Katrina Kaif said to be a two-part film that will directly premiere on Netflix as a Netflix Original Film to which the streaming platform has sanctioned Rs 80 to 85 crore to the director for the first part of the movie. ## A leading portal revealed that Ali Abbas Zafar was keen to make the film for the big screen but lack of funds forced him to go for the OTT platform.## "It's a massive film mounted on a never seen before scale for a female protagonist. Ali was very keen on making it as a feature film for the big screen, but he wasn’t able to raise the funds that were needed, following which he decided to go the OTT way. The filmmaker is of the belief that his next will be a game-changer of sorts for the genre and will pave way for many more women-centric action films in Bollywood".## The portal further revealed that "This would be the biggest budgeted film in the history of Bollywood led by women".## Adding further that there will be never seen before action in the movie and Katrina Kaif is also training at home and living no stone unturned to pull off stunts.## "It's solely Ali's vision and passion for the film that has got him a mega-deal with Netflix. There are a lot of people who think that because of nepotism, outsiders do not get more chances to showcase their talent and skills. ## However, the Padman director, R Balki has a completely different perspective who thinks that nepotism is everywhere which nobody can change. He said that nepotism could have its pros and cons but at the same time, it has produced the actors like Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor who he thinks are the best. ## In a recent interview with a leading daily, the director shared his thoughts on nepotism and gave his insights. "It's undeniable that this happens everywhere. Think about the Mahindras, Ambanis, Bajajs… Their father passed on the businesses to them. Does anyone say 'No I don't think Mukesh Ambani shouldn't run this business, someone else should?' In every strata of the society, it happens, even a driver or a vegetable seller passes on businesses to their children. So, it's a foolish argument".## "Remember we live in a free society. The question is do they (star kids) have an unfair or bigger advantage? Yes, there are pros and cons. But I'd ask one simple question - Find me a better actor than Alia (Bhatt) or Ranbir (Kapoor), and we'll argue. It's unfair on these few people who're probably some of the finest actors", he further said.## "Understand that audiences don't like actors without talent. Sometimes, they also want to see star kids on screen. That's only the first chance that you get, and then one needs to survive on their own.
