SS Rajamouli's Period Action Drama 'RRR' To Release In 10K Theaters Worldwide!

Hyderabad, November 17 - SS Rajamouli-directed upcoming period action drama film "RRR" could rewrite the box office records for an Indian film. Made on a lavish budget, "RRR" is poised to be the widest ever release at the worldwide box office for an Indian film. ## Rajamouli's last film "Baahubali 2 The Conclusion", which is the second highest-grossing Indian film at the worldwide box office and highest in India, was released in over 6500 theaters worldwide, which is a record for an Indian film. "RRR" is going to take a step further and will reportedly be released around 10000 theaters worldwide. ## Starring Jr. NTR, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, and Alia Bhatt in prominent roles, "RRR" will have a grand release in the USA. The makers of the film are heavily banking on its overseas release and leaving no stone unturned to grab the maximum number of screens outside India. While "Baahubali 2" grossed Rs. 371 crores at the international box office, the makers are looking to repeat the same success of "RRR" as well. ## At the domestic box office, "RRR" will be released everywhere in multiple languages. Ravi Teja Announces His First Pan-India Film; To Star In & As Tiger Nageswara Rao

Hyderabad, November 3 - Ravi Teja joins the elite league of actors with Pan-India films. On November 3, the mass actor announced his foray into the multilingual genre with the biographical film "Tiger Nageswara Rao". ## Produced by Abhishek Agarwal of Abhishek Agarwal Arts, Tiger Nageswara Rao is based on real-life incidents of infamous bandit Tiger Nageswara Rao and the people of Stuartpuram. To be directed by Vamsee, the first Pan-India outing for Teja will be shot in Telugu and will be dubbed into Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. ## It is said that director Vamsee narrated the script to the actor and he instantly agreed to step into the shoes of the daredevil robber of Stuartpuram, who gave sleepless nights to the authorities owing to his escaping strategies. The movie is set in the 1970s and will be shot in real locations. It will go on floors early next year. ## While the official announcement is yet to be made, it is reported that two popular A-listers are set to play Ravi Teja's love interests in the film. Despite his busy schedule, the megastar met his fan personally and came to know about his health condition. Touched by his story, Chiranjeevi promised him to help financially. ## The megastar also saw the medical reports of Venkat and advised him to seek a second opinion from a private hospital in Hyderabad. He had referred Venkat to the hospital personally, after which he even asked his team to update him on the case. It reported house full shows at some places of Hyderabad in the opening weekend. ## Directed by Gowri Ronanki, the movie has earned approx Rs. 7.80 crores net in Telugu. In the first five days, Pelli SandaD grossed approx Rs. 7.3 crores in India including AP/TG share of Rs. 4.41 crores. The movie cost between 5-7 crores and it turned out to be a profitable venture for the makers. ## It is a sequel to a 1996 film of the same name. The film marks the acting debut of Raghavendra Rao who directed the previous film.
