Venkatesh Daggubati To Team Up With Salman Khan For Sajid Nadiadwala's Film!
Mumbai, December 8 - Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is gearing up to begin shooting for producer Sajid Nadiadwala's next film in early 2022. The action comedy film, which was earlier titled Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, will feature Pooja Hegde in the female lead role opposite Salman Khan while Farhad Samji will direct it. ## According to reports, Telugu superstar Venkatesh Daggubati will be making his comeback in the Hindi cinema after 25 years with this film. He will reportedly play the parallel lead alongside Salman Khan. Interestingly, Salman Khan recently had confirmed that he is teaming up with Venkatesh on a feature film during the "Antim" promotion in Hyderabad. ## "Yes, Venkatesh will be a part of this film and he is all ready to get back to Bollywood after a long time. He will be playing a parallel lead alongside Salman Khan and all the stakeholders are excited to see the two giants share screen space for the first time", a source close to the development revealed to Pinkvilla. ## While Pooja Hegde is already confirmed as one of the female leads, it is said that the makers are trying to cast a big name from the Southern industry to pair with Venkatesh in the film. The big-ticket film will be a mixture of the actors from the Northern and Southern film industry, which is going to be a really exciting casting coup. ## Meanwhile, Venkatesh's last Hindi film was "Taqdeerwala" (1995), directed by K. Murali Mohana Rao. Produced by Suresh Productions, the fantasy action comedy film also featured Raveena Tandon as the female lead.
