Mumbai, December 9 - The first teaser of Hrithik Roshan-fronted aerial action thriller Fighter received a unanimous positive reception from audiences which has raised anticipation for the movie that is scheduled to release on January 25, 2024, during Republic Day weekend. ## Directed by Siddharth Anand, the teaser of "Fighter" scored 23.3+ million views and approx. 400K likes on YouTube, making it among the most-watched outright Bollywood movie teasers in the first 24 hours. It is trending at number 1 on the platform. ## The 1 minute and 13 seconds action-packed promo is the third most-watched Bollywood film teaser, behind Shah Rukh Khan's "Dunki" teaser aka Dunki Drop 1 which garnered around 36.80 million views and Ajay Devgn's "Maidaan" (29+ million) in the first 24 hours. ## ## Produced by Viacom18 Studios and Marflix Pictures, the film stars Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor in the leading roles, and serves as the first film in a planned aerial action franchise. Mumbai, December 8 - After the blockbuster first week, Ranbir Kapoor-led action drama Animal commences the second week on a super solid note with a minor drop and with this, it has become the actor's highest-grossing film at the worldwide box office. ## Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, "Animal" will score at least 27+ crores gross collection (early estimates) on its second domestic Friday and this will be enough to take the movie past "Sanju's" lifetime worldwide collection of 588 crores gross to become Ranbir's number one grosser of his career. ## "Animal" scored approx. 563 crores gross in its first week and after the second Friday (8th day) collection, it will be over 590 crores worldwide. Mumbai, December 8 - Ranbir Kapoor's Animal scored the third biggest first-week collection for a Bollywood movie in all versions and the third biggest in Hindi. It has become only the third film to cross 300 crores net and the 11th film to cross 200 crores net collection in week one (7 days) in Hindi. ## Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and starring Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role, Animal minted approx. 337.60 crores net in all versions, including 300.81 crores net collection in Hindi. The closest to Animal's first-week collection is Gadar 2 which scored approx. 284.60 crores net which is the 4th highest in Hindi. ## Animal is on track to enter the 500 crores net club which will make it only the 4th Bollywood movie after Pathaan, Gadar 2, and Jawan to do so. Mumbai, December 7 - Animal concludes the first week with a historic collection of around 340 crores net in all versions. The numbers are all-time highest for an adult-rated Indian movie and this has set up the stage for another huge weekend at the domestic box office. ## The Ranbir Kapoor-led action drama scored an estimated 25-26 crores net in all versions on its first Thursday. In Hindi, it earned around 24 crores net, as per the early estimates. The total Hindi collection has crossed 300 crores net at approx. 302 crores in the first week. ## Animal will again be the first choice of moviegoers in the second weekend which is expected to be over 80 crores net and can go up to 90-95 crores net. The movie is likely to enter the 500 crores net club by the third weekend and is also expected to do well during the Christmas weekend despite the arrival of the two most-awaited films.## While Animal is going bonkers at the box office, Vicky Kaushal-led Sam Bahadur also has a good first-week collection with very good hold during the week days. Netflix released its weekly chart in which two Indian films finished in the top 5 during the week of November 27 - December 4. ## The Hindi version of "Leo" scored 6.8 million viewing hours from 2.5 million views and was the third most-watched non-English film in the world on Netflix in its first week. The film is trending in the top 10 in 9 countries, including number 1 in Maldives, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.## Akshay Kumar's rescue thriller Mission Raniganj: The Great Bharat Rescue also started on a decent note on Netflix and was the 5th most watched non-English title on the streamer in the week of Nov 27 - Dec 3. Hyderabad, December 6 - Telugu star Nani and actress Mrunal Thakur team up for the first to headline a romantic family drama film Hi Nanna, directed by debutant Shouryuv. The film is scheduled to release on December 7th in multiple languages and the booking for the same is opened. ## Produced by Vyra Entertainments, Hi Nanna is carrying decent buzz among the fans and trade, and as a result, the film scored a good pre-release theatrical business. According to T2BLive, the makers have sold the theatrical rights of the film for approx. 27.50 crores for all areas worldwide. ## For the Nizam area, the film has been sold in approx. 7.50 crores while the entire AP/TG theatrical rights fetched approx. 19.50 crores. The business for the rest of India has been fixed at approx. 1.75 crores while overseas business is approx. 3 crores.## Hi Nanna will need to score 28 crores share collection or 45+ worldwide gross in order to break even and emerge as a clean hit. Given the track record of Nani, the upcoming film should be able to break even comfortably, despite it clashing with Nithiin's "Extra". ## Nani was last seen in "Dasara" which was a box office success despite high business value.
