The actor's upcoming film Dunki with master storyteller Rajkumar Hirani has been one of the most anticipated films since its announcement and it is now set to hit big screens on December 21st. ## Ahead of the film's box office juggernaut during Christmas weekend, the trailer of Dunki is spreading joy across social media platforms and as a result, it has become the most-viewed trailer ever in the first 24 hours on YouTube in the Hindi language.## The heartwarming 3-hour-long trailer of the film was launched on December 5 at 10 AM and with two hours still left for 24 hours to complete, it has broken the record for the most views. Mumbai, December 5 - Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal had a remarkable first Monday at the domestic box office with actual collection coming much higher than the trade projections and that trend continued on Tuesday as well with the sensational hold once again.## As per the early estimates, the Ranbir Kapoor-led action drama film has the biggest non-holiday first Tuesday ever for a Bollywood movie as it scored an estimated 38 crores net collection on its 5th day. The drop from Monday is around 15-20% but the fact that Monday itself went over the roof the hold today is nothing less than extraordinary. ## In Hindi, Animal scored an estimated around 35-36 crores net on the first Tuesday which takes the total collection to around 283 crores net, including 251+ crores in Hindi in just 5 days. The first week should easily be over 330 crores net before going bang bang again in the second weekend. ## Meanwhile, Sam Bahadur starring Vicky Kaushal held firmly on its first Tuesday with no drop at all which was much needed given that Monday's collection was underwhelming. According to early estimates, the film scored around 3.50 crores net, pushing the total collection to around 32.50 crores in 5 days. ## Sam Bahadur is looking to finish the first week around 38-39 crores net which is a good score given the fact that it is up against a volcano-like Animal which is in riot mode. Mumbai, December 4 - Animal has an excellent first Monday at the domestic box office after the huge first-weekend collection. The drop from the huge Sunday is remarkably under 50% which has consolidated its mega-blockbuster verdict. ## According to early estimates, the Ranbir Kapoor-led action drama is heading for 39-40 crores net collection, making it the biggest non-Holiday Monday ever for an outright Bollywood film. This takes the total net to over 240 crores in all versions.## In Hindi, Animal scored an estimated 36-37 crores net on its first Monday/4th day, pushing the total net to over 212+ crores. Maharashtra remains the top contributor, followed by Delhi and Gujarat. Gujarat particularly performing brilliantly so far. The first week is heading towards finishing around 325 crores net, including Hindi around 290 crores net. ## Meanwhile, Vicky Kaushal-starrer Sam Bahadur sees a drop of over 60% from Sunday as it collected an estimated 3.50+ crores net on its first Monday/4th day. The total collection has reached around 29 crores net in 4 days which is a good collection. ## Sam Bahadur, however, will need to perform consistently well on the same level to reach a respectable lifetime score. Mumbai, December 4 - After finishing the first weekend as the number one movie in the world, Ranbir Kapoor-led Animal is heading for a monstrous first Monday collection of at least 35 crores net with a drop under 50% from Sunday, which is a nothing short of unreal hold. ## The remarkable hold on the first working day has almost locked the coveted 500 crores net milestone for the film which is another golden feather to the already remarkable year for the Indian film industry, particularly for Bollywood which has multiple big blockbusters in 2023. ## It is yet to be seen where the first Monday collection ends but the early trends indicate 35+ crores net and might go towards 40 crores. The movie was officially announced in August this year and the makers had locked Diwali 2024 release for the same, but now, there is a change in the release plans. ## Housefull 5 will be made on a huge budget of over 350 crores and it will have a lot of VFX. 'Animal' Becomes First Film To Score Three Consecutive 50+ Crore Net In Hindi

Mumbai, December 3 - Animal becomes the first film in the history of Indian cinema to score three consecutive 50+ crores net collections in the Hindi language. No other film has done more than twice before and Animal has created history by doing this with lesser screens and an adult rating. ## Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and starring Ranbir Kapoor, Animal scored 54.75 crores net on the first day in Hindi, followed by 58.37 crores on the second day. It is heading towards 64 crores net on its third day as per the early estimates, making the hat-trick of 50+ crores scores. ## Earlier, Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan hit a 50+ crores net collection in Hindi on two consecutive days and it did twice while his Jawan also did once. Pathaan currently has the highest 50+ crores days (4 days) in Hindi and it is likely to be the number 1 in this race for now. ## Aamir Khan's Thugs of Hindostan was the first movie to hit the 50 crore net mark and since then, there have been 17 such days and 13 of them have come this year.
