Chennai, October 14 - In probably first of its kind experiment, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is to be used to dub Tamil star Suriya's voice in all languages in the upcoming much-anticipated Pan India movie Kanguva, directed by Siva. ## Producer Gnanavel Raja has said (via Only Kollywood) that there will be a fresh new style for Kanguva in terms of its worldwide dubbing, as the makers are opting for an AI process, which will make the lead character's vocals very similar to that of Suriya, through the technology.## It is said that different people will dub for Suriya in each language but it will later be altered to the actor's voice to give it an original feel.## Kanguva is the biggest movie for Suriya in terms of budget and scale. The sequel was split into two parts with the second part, Indian 3, confirmed to hit the screens early 2025. ## Indian 2 was released amid huge anticipation, however, it soon turned into a massive disappointment for the makers as well as fans. The movie met with disaster reviews and public talks which severely impacted its box office. Despite the big opening, the movie ended up as a huge failure with approximately 150 crores gross collection worldwide. ## Now, according to the latest buzz in Tamil media, the makers are considering a direct digital release of Indian 3 after the lukewarm response to its predecessor. Chennai, October 1 - Thalapathy Vijay is gearing up to commence the final film before his political entry. Tentatively titled Thalapathy 69, the movie was officially announced recently with H. Vinoth getting the chance to direct arguably the biggest superstar of Tamil cinema. ## The leading Kannada production house, KVN Productions is making its debut in Tamil cinema with T69 and the studio announced on October 1 that the cast of the film will be announced over the next three days. Meanwhile, ahead of the official confirmation, some of the names have already been revealed. ## According to the latest Tamil media reports, Pooja Hegde has been cast to play the female lead, reuniting with Vijay after Beast (2022). Chennai, September 19 - Tamil star Suriya's much-anticipated fantasy action drama Kanguva is set to hit the big screens in the mid-November 2024 after the makers officially postponed it from October 10 release to avert a clash with superstar Rajinikanth's Vettaiyan. ## Directed by Siva, Kanguva will be released on November 14 in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada. Chennai, September 6 - After the sensational opening day collection, Thalapathy Vijay's action thriller The Greatest of All Time sees a drop of around 35% on its second day which is a regular drop for a South Indian movie after the huge start. ## The concerning thing for the movie, however, is the heavy drop outside Tamil Nadu in states like Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, and Karnataka while the rest of the Indian market is also witnessing a drop. In the home state, Tamil Nadu, The GOAT has a good hold though with a drop of around 30%. ## According to early estimates, The GOAT is expected to score 21-23 crores gross collection in Tamil Nadu while the overall India gross is expected to be around 30 crores gross (25 crores net) in all versions on its second day/first Friday. Chennai, September 5 - Thalapathy Vijay's penultimate movie The Greatest of All Time has been released on the big screen amid massive anticipation. The movie is directed by Venkat Prabhu and produced by AGS Entertainment on a budget of around 400 crores. ## The GOAT had early morning shows in Telugu states and as per the initial audience reception, the movie is a mixed bag of everything. While the audience has been praising Thalapathy Vijay for playing the dual role of a middle-aged man and a teenage kid, the movie is lacking in other aspects. ## It has been observed through audience reception that the direction by Venkat Prabhu is uneven with few dragged scenes in the second half.
